The service was extremely poor from start to finish, and the bartenders were not only inattentive but also downright rude. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than welcome guests. With so many other restaurants in the area that value good service and hospitality, I won’t be returning. It’s obvious that this place is poorly managed which is too bad….seems like it has a lot of potential. If you don’t like to bartend and wait tables, get another job! In addition, half the tables were empty, but still could not keep up. Seems to me there are a lot of problems! Oh, and we didn’t end up eating because the food that we ordered and waited an hour and a half for never arrived.

Pretty good service, good atmosphere, but we will never go back for the food. Chicken Philly was atleast 75% peppers vs chicken and chicken had zero seasoning or sauce. And it was $19!!!! WAY overpriced for bar food.

I've been to baldys countless times with friends and always been a blast. But today I brought my daughter to get lunch sat at a table for about 20 mins without getting any service at all then watched a table get sat in front of us, order and get there food before we even got a water. We just decided to leave and go somewhere else hopefully next time it's a better experience

Ribs were good. Potato salad tasty! Tables outside in front of building are WAY too high!!! I am average height and the table comes up to my armpits! VERY uncomfortable to cut food! ( or the chairs are too low!🤣)
