Came into the store five staff members were working, no greeting, no I’ll be right with you, no Service! I was with my grandson who just had a tooth pulled only wanted a shake! Left! Saw me leaving, another customer coming in while I was leaving asked what happened I told him. He left too! I’m not the same nationality as the people working there! Felt racist! Bad Business ! Especially in these hard economic times! I will never to to this location!

Ice cream after a long day of play for my little ones was much needed, and Baskin-Robbins was on the list to fill the need. They had a great selection to satisfy a variety of desires. My kids had a hard time picking but made the right call by going purely off of bright colors and appearance. Great flavor was just an added bonus. The server was efficient. We got single scoops. It was a bit expensive but nice for a treat. The dining area was clean.

Ice cream was awesome, me and my friends went for some quit ice cream and it was the right spot
My wife and I and our son have visited this location twice in the past week. Sam remembered us and our orders, excellent customer service! Not to mention, look at this masterpiece - she made the best banana split I’ve ever had, twice! We will definitely be back! ? They are lucky to have her as an employee!

I received my order through door dash, it wasn't even sealed properly, the wrong size lid, want in a bag. Whe the driver handed me my order it was open. Just terrible.

very limited options for flavors,provided me plastic spoon that has extra plastic threads that easily got mixed with the ice cream and I almost swallow them several times.

I have had great service with donut side of the store. Ice cream is very slow (even when there's a number of staff). They are usually quite busy with the window, and I go inside. My impression is staff are assigned a role and they just wait until they are needed instead of jumping in to help elsewhere when they aren't busy. The product is good. Good cakes.
The employee helping us was friendly and patient with our indecisive kiddo.The ice cream was delicious and eating on the patio was a great treat.

I took my wife and daughter and my daughter and I had affogatos. That's where you take a scoop of ice cream and pour espresso over it. The bitterness of the espresso nicely complements the sweetness of the ice cream. I ate the pralines and cream flavor.

All 4 kids working in the store wandered around looking lost. It took almost 15 minutes to get ice cream and a smoothie. I was the only person in the store. Awful awful awful customer service, will never go here again
