My wife and I and our son have visited this location twice in the past week. Sam remembered us and our orders, excellent customer service! Not to mention, look at this masterpiece - she made the best banana split I’ve ever had, twice! We will definitely be back! ? They are lucky to have her as an employee!

I received my order through door dash, it wasn't even sealed properly, the wrong size lid, want in a bag. Whe the driver handed me my order it was open. Just terrible.

very limited options for flavors,provided me plastic spoon that has extra plastic threads that easily got mixed with the ice cream and I almost swallow them several times.

I ordered a layer cookie dough sundae and got a mini cup of ice cream, hot fudge, and cookie dough for $10. Scammed. Tasted horrible too

I have had great service with donut side of the store. Ice cream is very slow (even when there's a number of staff). They are usually quite busy with the window, and I go inside. My impression is staff are assigned a role and they just wait until they are needed instead of jumping in to help elsewhere when they aren't busy. The product is good. Good cakes.

My coffee tasted horrible and I ended up getting an upset stomach from it. I would much rather go to the Starbucks across the street. Much better service and drinks there.
The employee helping us was friendly and patient with our indecisive kiddo.The ice cream was delicious and eating on the patio was a great treat.

I took my wife and daughter and my daughter and I had affogatos. That's where you take a scoop of ice cream and pour espresso over it. The bitterness of the espresso nicely complements the sweetness of the ice cream. I ate the pralines and cream flavor.

The specific location is sooooooo slow. I have like 3 cars in front of me yet I've been here for 15 min? They are not even giving people that much so it's not a large order issue. I've been here 4 times in the past 1-2 years and every time it is exactly the same long wait. What's up with that? There also isn't a second lane in the chance you want to give up and leave. If you are in a rush do NOT go here lol.

Customer service at the Lakeville Dunkin Donut establishment is terrible, I'm not talking about them been under staff. If you dare to ask for service after waiting for awhile without recognition standing at the counter, how dare you ask to be help. Some of staff are just aggressively rude with a don't care attitude how they speak to you. Don't even bother asking to speak to a manager, they'll give you the run around, and even give out some made up fictitious numbers of someone else, that has nothing to do with the establishment. My experience was demeaning, I would never wish this on any customer. Oh by the way don't bother reaching out to the corporate office, they'll pretend to listen to your complaint, and go as far as getting your contact information, giving you a case number telling you they'll be in touch and that will be the end of that, you'll never hear from them again. I think that's their plan, just stop complaining.
