Order a smoothie twice and each time it's more of a juice and it's very sweet. I feel like I'm drinking candy. The one I bought today I ended up just dumping out. Did not taste fresh. Doubt I'll return.
Staff don't greet you or even smile. Seems like it's an easy thing when their are no other customers.

Smoothies are decent but very expensive. Almost $17 on two 24oz smoothies? That is ridiculous. It's not even that much at Jamba juice which is much cleaner and friendlier staff.

Honestly love the smoothies but I walked in today as another customer was walking out I literally had to call the store and no one came to pick up the phone and there was 3 girls sitting in the back as I was waiting for 10 minutes.

It looks like wasted potential. 2 older guys were running the store but the one at the register was disrespectful; no greeting or attentiveness and avoiding speech. I've never compared ordering smoothies for my partner and I from someone to pulling their teeth until that visit. There was some sort of alt-right program playing on the tv. The smoothies taste good but if theyre playing esoteric political programs that normal people don't know about while I'm visiting it makes me wonder who I'm buying from. The attitude towards clients doesn't help my hopes at all, either. I see comments in the past talking about the service staff but this isn't it.

Just drove 35 minutes to get here and waited 15 minutes for them to open. Walk up to the door to see they never updated the times they open online. Says they open at 10, and they always used too. Now they open at 11? Great..
It is expensive they make it super watery and not even good. There are little children working there and they don’t even know how to take an order ???. They all need some training I had to help them with the computer cause they don’t know ?.

Sometimes the hours get confusing, but the Mocha Freeze is absolutely so delicious. I am addicted to it. Sometimes they're out of the Mocha, but I understand it's an unpopular drink choice. Some employees are nice, but for the most part it is what you'd expect from them being like 14/15... Overall I like this place!
