She recognized my daughter was having a rough day and treated her with such kindness, she came around the counter and helped her choose what she wanted and gave her a squeeze. Our food was brought out right away and then Cat I think her name was hugged my crying daughter and whispered something to her and gave the stressed, short fused momma a hug too. Thank you for your kindness and reminder that I needed a little more patience. We will be back on a better day!“

“First time here. Stopped in during the afternoon to get a cold drink. We used the Kiosk to place our order. Since we weren't that familiar with the items, it was helpful to have the staff available to answer our questions. We got several different types of drinks including a smoothly, a milk tea (with cheese foam) and a brown sugar tea. All were good. I thought the cheese foam on the milk tea was just okay. Also you really need to take the hid off and use a spoon if you want to get a better taste of the cheese foam.“
