I came to dine in but wanted to see the menu options since it’s been years I came to a BWW, the front host said she would take my order and after I took a look and paid she said to stick around or sit down on benches. I told her I wanted to sit at a table.
She called manager I presume because they needed to switch it. When he came he said “tables are for tip paying customers with waiters I can’t switch you because you already ordered take out” I told him but I wanted to dine-in I was never even asked? He told me “next time let us know” I thought restaurants are part of the service industry very disappointed!
I work at Apple as a Bluetooth Quality Test Engineer and make enough to I presume dine in at a semi fast food restaurant. I came to visit my girlfriend at BVU Storm Lake and drove 5 hours in the snow for the first time (after getting winched from the snow at a gas station) because my flight got delayed then canceled several times at DSM due to the recent snow storm; I rented a car and drove here, I’m exhausted and wanted to relax and eat before I got on my flight from MSP to SJC DL2087. I can show you my pay stubs if you think I can’t afford to sit down at this place because that’s honestly how it felt like.
Moral of the story I honestly felt discriminated against not sure if it’s because the way I’m dressed or Latino but they guy made zero effort to change my order and he implied that I couldn’t tip or something idk.
Maybe try another BWW location?

Our order was not complete. I understand the contract with Doordash, yet the manager just shrugged it off. Food was cold, no fries. Customer service below par. Yiu have lost a customer.

We ordered the 2 for 20 and when our boneless wings and fries and tots came out all the food was cold. They took the food back and said the would remake it, when the food came back out, 1 of the 4 plates of food was still cold. At this point they offered to remake it again, but I kindly told them they already had 2 chances. The manager made it right, but that is not the point. Also, the place was pretty empty so I don't believe it was due to the waitress being to busy.

Had a horrible experience simply picking up an order at the front while I waited patiently with my 6 year old. Jordy and Simone running the front counter were so unwelcoming and rude I could tell right away neither wanted to be there. First I watched Simone check in people to seat, she never once greeted anyone that walked in or thanked anyone that walked out. She never welcomed them in just said “how many” grabbed menus and started walking away. Jordy was super passive aggressive and when I called them out on the way they were talking to me they said “have a good night” - rude, unprofessional, and being a retail manager myself would never feel okay having staff that talk to and treat people this way. I would suggest going to another location instead of walking into this place and dealing with these two.
Got 20 wings to go get home and they gave me 1 little container of blue cheese.

I’m extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted by my recent experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered wings with DoorDash, expecting a quality meal, but instead received a piece that still had visible feathers fried into the skin. This is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of attention to cleanliness and food preparation standards.

We were here on 6/13/25. We both ordered bone in wings. They came out super tiny. Seriously I thought they may be hummingbird wings. We use to get nice big plump juicy wings. There’s were tiny and overcooked. Not sure if it’s a one off but left ver disappointed
