Food was good but the PRICES ONLINE ARE NOT THE SAME IN STORE and they will not honor it- 20 wings + fries bundle online is $16.99, the website wouldn't let me check out so I had to call it in, in store in $28 and they couldn't honor their own pricing.

It's poor service to slap a bill on someone's table when they are not even half way through their meal! I would have been okay with it if our server came back to check on us, but never did! You can tell they are trying to push you out the door. I told this to the manager and all he said was "we're busy". Seriously?! Restaurants get busy dude! They were quick to come and get my bill though! This isn't my first compliment with this place, just my final straw! I see the other reviews are very similar and the owner says to rewrite the complaint on the website and we'll take care of it. So how many complaints do you need to actually take care of the problems?!

Had food poisoning after this meal, ordered potato wedges with a side of queso.. They dumped the queso all over the wedges.... It was a sloppy mess and disgusting. Had orders missing items before. I will never go to this location again.

WOW! Just picked up a take out order: Dry rub boneless wings, fries and onion rings. The worst wings I have ever eaten, hard and dry tasteless. Now I remember why I don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

UPDATE: Wings aren't as saucy as they used to be. Service is still friendly, but the overall experience has gone downhill.
Wings are great, but they were cheap with the carrots and celery, 3 carrots and 2 celery though they charge extra for it.

I feel as if there is NO urgency at this location. The servers do not know how to multi task, which is ultimately not their fault. I blame their manager.
Clearly, employees here are hired on their looks, rather than their skill sets.

We just had supper with our grandsons Birthday at the Lakeville location. There were 8 of us, we got our first drinks right away and they took our order. After over a half an hour wait our food started to arrive. 3 of the boneless wings came out, about 10 minutes later 2 sandwiches and bone in wings came out, 10 minutes after that the cheesy fries, and chips and cheese came out, almost 15 min later the loaded tots came out, and we never got the large order of fries even though we asked twice. Our server was busy so she never checked on our table and our drinks never got refilled. As you can see, the food came out in bits and pieces and and not even a full meal per person. There appeared to be plenty staff in the restaurant, and several empty tables. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Hopefully they do some training for both the servers and kitchen help. I don’t think we’ll be back Helen
