There were 7 people ahead of me.. and they had 20 mobile orders come in and the people that actually came in to order had to wait for people's orders that weren't even here... customer service number one rule... always take care of those in front of you first!!! One person should be working on the app orders and the other one should be serving those that are here

I used the app to place my order. Played the trivia for the chance at 10 cents off. for a correct answer. I ordered a hot press. It was ready when I arrived. The taste & temperature were as expected. Great job! The staff was pleasant and ready to help. Keep up the good work!

Super friendly staff, good coffee and muffin when I was there. It also has the perk of not being insanely busy in the morning because it doesn't have a drive through, going inside is really nice.
