1st time at this location, very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t up to my expectations. There were two customers ahead of me and the barista took their order. And when i came up the counter, the barista stated said she will be back to help me. I said, okay and thought if I could it order through my phone app faster it would save her the time taking my order over the counter and continue to finish all of ours drinks together. Completed my online order and went to find myself a seat. The first two customers got their drinks. I waited and waited. Some customers that came after me, had gotten their drinks before mine. One of the barista finally notice me when there customers were served, checked their system and said to the other barista, “how did we miss her drink”. After making my drink, no apologies just a “here is your drink”. I am sad to say I would not recommend ordering drinks through the app here or visit this location to my friends or family since their queuing system failed.

I ordered a malted mocha, something that is on their menu, and I when I got the drink it was not mixed at all, and powdery.. 😭 I notified “Arya” the barista, and all she said was “malted mochas are hard to mix..”. Like okay what am I supposed to about it..?💀 You’re the barista. She then “tried” to mix it again and it’s still powdery. I just left and didn’t bother trying again. She seemed in a rush, when there wasn’t one. So I just recommended quality over quantity Arya! All love

This Caribou location is a (not so) hidden gem. My coffee is always made right and the staff is super friendly. No drive thru but that’s ok!!

I usually use the drive-through and I don't have to wait too long. I really like this place but Caribou, in general, is so expensive! I think it's better than Starbucks though!
