I never thought in a million years I would be fortunate enough to have my own chef who makes healthy and delicious food! And then I ran across Chef Neil and HE IS an amazing Chef! His food is absolutely over the top delicious. A huge variety to choose from with pricing extremely reasonable for the portions you get. He is generous with the amount of chicken in a meal. Chef Neal was fantastic to work with in putting together a catered meal for a small corporate event I was hosting. I had several folks with food allergies and I wanted the meal to accommodate them seamlessly. He very thoughtfully put together dishes for the group and it was all a huge hit! The pasta salad is now famous in our group - one GF guest made him add it to his regular menu so she could order it for herself the next week :) Highly recommend!!!
Chef Neal catered a wedding for 160 people yesterday. This was my granddaughter's wedding. The food was the best wedding food I ever had. We had smoked chicken, lamb and brisket, cowboy beans, coleslaw, green salad with all the trimmings and a variety of dressings, relishes, fresh fruit and for dessert delicious individual cheesecakes. And there was plenty of food for our hungry crowd. I can't recommend Chef Neal's Healthy Meals highly enough! Everyone raved about...
