Terrible portions. Order via DoorDash was wrong.5 small pieces of chicken on two bowls and no guacamole even though paid for it. For $50?!?! Terrible customer service as well when called about it.

I would say place is nice but I wouldn't come here for a doordash again order was not even made even tho promised at at certain time worker lied about order being made when clearly nobody was at the station assigned to make it.

I had the displeasure of visiting this location for the first time, and I immediately wished I had glanced at reviews. My first impression after walking through the door was that this is the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen. I'm talking every square foot of floor is covered in food or garbage, tables uncleared, kitchen in disarray, etc. When I was handed my online order, only 3 of the 4 items were in the bag, which they did immediately correct. But worse than all that was the employee eating a personal meal behind the line while wearing gloves, and then immediately going to making customer food, without ever changing gloves or washing hands. All in all, a complete 0 out of 5 operation.

I agree with the person who said that the ownership/management should be ashamed of the way they operate this restaurant. Clearly they need to find a different career because they are terrible at running a restaurant.

The most irritating part for me is that EVERY table is dirty EVERY time we have been there. Ridiculous.

It will be my last time going here. Their food is just tooo salty. I ordered the burrito bowl, and it was salty. I asked my niece to taste it and she also couldn’t finish her order.

Stomach grumbling, I was starving—hypnotized by the thought of it. It haunted me, and it was all because of one thing: Chipotle. I wanted it. No—I needed it. And I was expecting this bowl, on this very evening, to satisfy me just as I had dreamed.

I walked through that door with one purpose in mind. As I stepped through the second set of doors, I snapped back into consciousness—only to be met by the biggest, softest brown eyes. They looked like warm chocolate morsels.

His name was Carlos.

I asked for chicken, but then noticed that, since they were just 10 minutes from closing, many of the ingredients were bone dry—including the main reason I came: the chicken.

Defeated, I was about to walk out. Then, suddenly, they found one last bin of chicken. I was revived. And Carlos? He wasn’t shy with the scoops. He gave me everything I dreamed of and more—not just with his generous spoonfuls, but with his warm, persistent dedication to customer service.

Carlos gets five stars. We need more people like you. :)

I recently visited the Chipotle in Lakeville and had an extremely disappointing experience. The managers, Michael and Mandy, were unprofessional and unhelpful, contributing to the poor atmosphere of the restaurant. The food was subpar; my burrito was tasteless and lacked the freshness I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. Additionally, the service was incredibly slow, with staff appearing disorganized and inattentive. It’s evident that this location suffers from poor management and a lack of quality control. I will not be returning and advise others to consider alternative locations.
P.S. Additionally, I’ve observed that another manager, Walter, exhibits a condescending attitude toward his coworkers, which further deteriorates the work environment and negatively impacts the overall service quality. Also if you have a gluten allergy and request gloves to be changed. Walter will suck his teeth and look annoyed like he did to the poor customer in front of me with his kid.

My burrito was not ready at said time, (11:50am) sevral other people waiting as well. But nobody in line for regular line.
My burrito was missing a 2nd tortilla, pico, corn, and red salsa, with very little chicken. I would say 1/3 of a cup of chicken at best on one half of the burrito.
So it was like rice, beans, and cheese burrito smothered in way too much sour cream.

They offered me a free soda on my next visit. Not nearly good enough considering i didn't order a drink or even want a soda. How about a refund for the burrito i threw away, and a free burrito for having no lunch today. Some of us can't just leave work sevral times a day to go pick up multiple meals

Like always they give you smaller and smaller portions because they know you will come back. Awsome place but daam they make small burritos
