This place has gone from bad to worse starting with customer service there is none. Food portions are way small for the price and doesn't taste that good. Wouldn't recommend, if over priced garbage is what your looking for go here you'll love it

I brought My Son in to get him dinner, As we stood there, keep in mind I’m a general manager at a pizza place, I see the cook in the back, scratch The back of his head and his ear and touch his face, Then he proceeded to walk towards the back and grab gloves and put gloves on without washing his hands first, Also, while standing there, the person taking temps I believe is sticking The thermometer in, but she’s wiping it off with a paper towel and not a sanitizer towel and contaminating everything. I tried talking to someone, but they all went in the back, I stood there and did not get acknowledge, So we left

This is the worst ran Chipotle I have ever been to, stay clear if you can. My wife ordered a chicken bowl today, came with about 4 pieces of chicken skin and cartilage that dang near made her vomit. Sour cream looked like mostly white water.I've avoided this one for years due to poor service/food prep, but now with the food quality issue, I will not be returning. My wife will likely not touch chipotle for another year or two from this experience.

This is the most unreliable Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Multiple times they’re just closed during lunch hour. Google says they’re open. Or they’re only open for online orders but if you order online your portion is noticeably smaller.

We experienced our first horrible meal at Chipotle. The beans were mush, the food lukewarm, vegetables overcooked. The staff could barely look up much less do anything but grunt. We will not go here again. We didn't finish our meals and left. Tables were filthy.
This is the worst chipotle ever. They’re often out of ingredients but will make your (to go) order anyway, without mentioning it. Orders are NEVER on time for pickup. When you dare ask about your order (even 30+ mins after its time), they are extremely rude. I cannot wait for the new chipotle in Lakeville to open and never go to this location again. They should close this chipotle to stop tarnishing the brand.

Kids working there are kinda rude but it's a great burrito! I don't putuch on my burrito and when I ask for a lil extra cheese, don't have to act like I'm taking money from your paycheck n dribble just a couple pieces n roll your eyes at the customer. Having a bad day, well toughen up or get a different job. Chipotle workers are always so dang rude no matter which one you go to.
