They keep serving bad milk in cartons- not checking it and then saying we have to come back when I have two dogs and a child in the car and I was on my way somewhere. I talked to a GM IZZY, which she boasted quite brazenly and then was incredibly rude. I have had good experiences at other caribous lately and was really unhappy about this experience. I have been a barista at Caribou before and never felt like we would have gotten away with treating people like that. The manager was rude and they told me to contact corporate and tell them that the milk is bad because it is not their responsibility.

Drive through drink not made right then went in store to get corrected and treated so suspiciously and wrongly it makes sense that small custom one off coffee shops are doing so well. They remade it but not nice while doing it so much so that I felt so embarrassed by the way I felt leaving. They never said a kind word and just shoved it to me. Do these kids working realize how much money it really is for this very small drink in comparison to food costs. Nope. They get their drinks for free!

The only reason I give it a 3-star rating for service is that there was a trivia question on the board. I stated the answer in Fahrenheit, but the guesses were in Celsius. The question was what is the boiling point of nitrogen? And when I looked it up after I paid. Mentioned it to the employees and got blown off. The whiteboard's answer for the trivia question was not even on the board with the correct response. It was close to the answer. But the correct answer was not there. What is the point of trivia if the answer is incorrect to begin with

My go-to to start my morning 🙂 this caribou location works like a well oiled machine; the customer service is always excellent and even when the drive thru line is around the building I am always in and out so quickly!
I had to ask for another decaf shot cuz it was too weak. I Love coffee but caffeine is not my friend so I have to have decaf. But why do I have to sacrifice coffee flavor? I love strong coffee. They shot me up and now I’m a Happy Caribou coffee girl!

One of my favorite Caribou Coffee locations. The drinks are always wonderfully made, the atmosphere is great, the staff are professionally friendly, and the Coffee shop is very clean. Walk in and drive-thru options. My go-to items: light white berry /northern light. (White chocolate mocha with raspberry syrup.) Don't forget to answer the daily trivia question for a chance to get a discount on your drink!

Employees are lazy and rude, made us the incorrect drink twice within 5 minutes and we’re upset when we wanted it made correctly. Would be fine if this didn’t happen often but it’s at least 50% of the time
