We went through the drive-thru and had a mobile order for a bottle of water and an iced coffee. We got the coffee, but the staff did not give the bottle of water, and when we asked for the bottle of water because we had ordered it, staff rolled their eyes and said it was not on our receipt but we can “just have it”. The staff were very very rude.

I went to Dunkin for a coffee. Ordered a Caramel Macchiato and when I received my drink it was milk and coffee no caramel. When I turned around to get it fixed all they did was put caramel in it. First off that is a health concern as we had already tried to coffee and they went ahead and added caramel then stirred it with the spoon they use to mix all coffees then placed the spoon back into the container where they use it on the next drink. Second the fact that it was not good would warrant them to remake the drink properly and not just add flavor. The service I was provided when I returned was all but professional. in addition I had paid cash for the drink and they refused to hand me a receipt. When I returned to the store the lady sighed when I handed her back the drink then after she added the caramel she handed it back and said there is that better. I have emailed customer service about the incident and they said we need a receipt to prove the purchase. The employee refused to give me the receipt and now I have no proof. This seems to be a new way to cheat people out of their hard earned money if you ask me. Always demand a receipt from this location even if you are just going to throw it away and test your drink before pulling away from the window.

Completely skimped on the chocolate icing, couldn't hear the girl on the speaker at all, when I told them the speaker didn't seem to be working they said the girl taking orders talks really quietly. When I suggested they tell her to speak up I got an epic eye roll.

The last 3 times I have gone there something has either been missing or my coffee tastes like water with a *hint* of coffee. Can’t tell you how maddening it is to have to keep going back after just being there for a mistake to be fixed and they don’t believe you when A WHOLE BOX OF DONUTS was never given to you. The last 2 times I ordered either 10 count munchkins, I got a box OF 3 MUNCHKINS. When I ordered donuts I’m given the wrong ones. QUIT STEALING FROM PEOPLE!!!
The donuts' visual appeal from the case drew us in an unneeded donut adventure. We actually went for the connected Baskin-Robbins, but we decided to get donuts on our way out after looking at them from our table. They had a nice selection and tasted fine. I think they are a bit on the expensive side for what you get. The location was clean, and employees were friendly.
