They microwaved my food to the point where it was so hot that I couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw it away. I called the manager to let them know that it was microwaved, and she said basically that I was not telling the truth. Extremely disappointed in the quality of food and the service. Do not recommend.

We love Eddie Cheng (Lakeville location). My husband and I order from here once a week and are never disappointed. We've ordered the sesame chicken, general tso chicken, chicken and broccoli, chicken lo mein, cream cheese puffs... everything is always hot and tasty. The employees are very friendly too! Best Chinese takeout in the area and great prices!

I would give a million stars if I could! Since moving to Lakeville a year ago, Eddie Cheng has been our go-to for Chinese. The food is quality and the service is super quick. Just today, I ordered online and realized I accidentally ordered to the Richfield location. Seeing my plight, the super nice lady at the counter came out to my car, told me to come back in and order with her, AND she called the other restaurant to cancel my order and get me refunded. AND I got my new food within 5 minutes. What service!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! :)

The chicken was chewy and the egg foo young tasted bad and came with no Gravy. A waste of $40! The Burnsville location is definitely better as far as cooks and making sure everything is included. Very disappointed.
