Best sandwich ive had in years. Whoever made my sandwich (~6:50pm 10/07/2025 #8 add roast beef) did a fantastic job, gave me the suggestion for the sandwich when i told them what meats I wanted, and was very professional and nice. Props to them.
Every Jersey mikes experience I’ve had has been great, the employees are always a tier above competing sandwich shops, and even though its not cheap, its by far my favorite option.

Average fast food atmosphere. I believe her name was Natalie, helped all the way from the phone call to finishing my order. She promised I wouldn't die and I didn't!!! She said they are extremely safe about food allergies and they are! Sandwich was good.

I visit this location often and always have great experiences. Today I felt like they didn't care that I was there. Upon entering, you usually get greeted right away by upbeat employees. Not the case today. All four team members noticed me walking in and approach the counter, but not one of them offered a friendly hello or asked how my day was going. I stood at the counter for about a minute without interaction but anyone. What happened to the outgoing greetings that Jersey Mike's is usually known for? I couldn't name any team members because for some reason, they don't want them to be known or recognized if they do a good or bad job.

So disappointing. Third time now I have gotten the incorrect order got home and had to drive back to the store and they just say sorry like it’s no big deal. Today I got someone else’s order took it back got my order home and it was not correct😡

I’ll admit I was that person tonight… I showed up at 8:55 PM. But the two boys working tonight had smiles on their faces. I was working late and sincerely apologized for showing up super last minute. They had me in and out within three minutes. Thank you for always having such great customer service and willing to accept customers at the very last minute of business hours!!

I am a big Jersey Mikes fan but this store is sliding downward. Just ordered and have to guess the bread was baked yesterday. Certainly not fresh, so hard I couldn't finish it. My guess is baked yesterday.

We have been to the new(er) Lakeville location three times in the past month. There is a crew of young men that work the a.m. shift and they are OUTSTANDING young men. They are kind, helpful and really offer the best customer service! In a country where service has literally tanked, this crew/store is AMAZING! They greet everyone, make small talk, smile, explain the menu in detail and truly are proud of their work. Kudos to this team of young men - they were actually SO professional I asked them if they were the owners :).

Food was great but from a customer's pov you could tell staff were stressed. They had good attitudes though. Just felt bad for them as they had obviously been working some long and hard days.
