We have been to the new(er) Lakeville location three times in the past month. There is a crew of young men that work the a.m. shift and they are OUTSTANDING young men. They are kind, helpful and really offer the best customer service! In a country where service has literally tanked, this crew/store is AMAZING! They greet everyone, make small talk, smile, explain the menu in detail and truly are proud of their work. Kudos to this team of young men - they were actually SO professional I asked them if they were the owners :).

Salad bowls are an awesome idea! But beware getting it mikes way, waaaaay too much vinegar, it’s the only thing you will taste.

I live across the street so this is a place that I go to somewhat often, maybe 3 time a month. A consistent issue I run into is with online ordering. Sometimes it places several orders of the same thing and charging me each time after I’ve o my submitted the order one time. Other times they’ve given my order to another person and I’ve had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my sub. While I understand these things happen at any business, it’s frustrating that I’m still waiting to get my order. Time is something we cannot make back up. I place my orders online to save time as I have an insanely busy work week. The consistent problem that I do run into is with timing over all, to tie in why I’m writing this review. As previously stated, I don’t think I should have to wait longer than what is promised when placing an online order. Maybe instead of stating “15 minutes”, the company can change it to a rough time estimate, something like “15-20 minutes” or whatever the case is. The people that work here are incredibly polite and do work hard to train their employees and managers to deal with the issues with a smile, which I know is hard to do sometimes. Please stop promising a hard timeline of when the orders will be ready if you know they cannot be finished and ready to take home at the designated time.

I love Owen and John, they gave me the best fast food expirience I’ve ever had, and their customer service was truly immaculate. They made me a mean philly cheesesteak too!

Unfortunately, our experience at this location has not been overly positive since it has opened. We have placed a few orders now and each time the order is incorrect in some manner. One time it was missing the chips we ordered, another time they gave us two items that we didn't order and missed an item we did, wrong bread, etc.The manager did offer a refund this last time, which was great, but it's disappointing these simple mistakes continue to happen. I hope that as the establishment matures these issues resolve.

It’s a clubbing type of day (#8, add pickles and Mayo, extra vinegar) trust me. The Water is crisp and cool. Staff was pleasantly pleasant and inviting.
