I have a passionate love affair with Jimmy Johns. I'm a 2x a week sandwich ordering fiend. Lately, even if I tip a few bucks, the drivers have been ringing the doorbell to ask if I meant to tip more. (A $3.00 tip on top of a $9 sandwich seems fine, especially when I pay an additional $3.50 for delivery-- but what do I know.) The last time it happened, (earlier in the week) I was on a work call and the delivery driver claimed I needed to re-sign the reciept and "feel free to add more for the tip.) It was... a little strange. I tipped another $2 and sent him on his way.
Today, I ordered at 11:22am. At noon, I thought it was weird there wasn't a sandwich. I called and the driver had apparently left with the sandwich at 11:35am. By 12:20, there was still no sandwich and I was told they'd have to remake it and it would take another half-hour or so.
I think this one might be my last. From the slow deliveries lately, to being told to tip more and being interrupted to do so, it doesn't seem like this location values a long-time sandwich freak.
I hope they get it figured out, I'll miss my JJ's.

We order online all the time the same sandwiches. Today our sandwich had onions in it. I called and the "manager" who was not very helpful at all and was unsympathetic and told me it wasn't ordered that way online...well looking at our past orders "duh" it was obviously a computer error! She refused to remake it. Its very frustrating because we've spent alot of money there and you would think she would be helpful in the matter. Horrible, terrible customer service. They seem to mess up sandwiches alot from past reviews and even our last order we got too much lettuce and oil...but I let it go. But onions is a different story with someone allergic to them. I plan on calling corporate next. And the "manager" had the audacity to tell me " have a nice day!" Gross.

Absolutely a waste of money. I would never pay over $6 for another skimpy sandwich, like the the one I received today. Tues Nov 5th around 2:30 - a Big John that was not big at all. Only 2 slices of meat that didn't even cover the whole sandwich, & a tiny bit of lettuce, & 2 1/2 slices of tomato. I've tried to attach some photos, this is a very pitiful overly expensive sandwich. At least Subway can fill up the sandwich so much it actually spills out.

The food is good but the service is slow. They seem to be under staff a lot of my visits to this location. An employee was sweeping and held the broom while taking orders. There was only one person making sandwiches during lunchtime.

The service has always been great. The sandwich I order is always on point. They deliver it freaky fast. The only problem I have is with jimmy John’s itself. They got rid of the kickin ranch and replaced it with a new jalapeño ranch and let me tell you I am so disappointed. The kickin ranch always had amazing flavor and now the jalapeño ranch is so very bland. I want the kickin ranch back

We order from here often. The employees are always super kind and helpful and go out of their way for a good customer experience, whether it's the delivery driver or store side workers, they are always great ?
INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED. Order was completely wrong. No numbers written on sandwiches. They forgot a Sandwich. One Sandwich was made with only lettuce and mayo... not part of the order. I've left 3 reviews on the website to hear back and get a refund for the poor service and no one has contacted me. It was a $200 order... complete waste of my money. I am extremely hesitant to order from here again. Do not order from here- you will be incredibly disappointed that you wasted your money. They do not care about customers or making sure they do their job right.

Made our sandwiches wrong. My receipt is wrong. Bad customer service. I called explained the problems, they confirmed they would send new sandwich’s. They never brought new sandwhich, even after calling me 4 times to confirm my order again. I spoke to the manager “himself”, rude for one. Waist of $30. Stupid location, workers are clueless.
