Horrible, this place needs help on customer service. Worst KFC in the country. 3 people saw me at counter. Never acknowledged me or took an order. Literally 1 guy eating but no one in line or at the pickup window.

Couldn’t hear us over the speaker, rude when the guy couldn’t hear us, had a bunch of cars waiting ahead. Took a long time to get food, didn’t give us the right order. Didn’t give us any sauces even thought we asked for some. Also didn’t give any silverware for the coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Didn’t get the coleslaw. Food was horrible the nuggets were really chewy, old, cold and soggy. Not coming back.

The food was extremely delicious today! The mashed potatoes, gravy, and especially the coleslaw were waay better than I've ever had at any KFC. The chicken was moist and delicious as always, this is my favorite location by far!

Ate lunch here today and everything was very hot and delicious. The seasoned fries were very tasty and hot. Generally, they are just warm, but these were perfect temperature. I had the original recipe chicken and it was just right. The mashed potatoes and gravy was hot and great flavor. The staff was very friendly and handled all requests I had.
I'm not shocked to see the lack of reviews. I visited Saturday and got a chicken little and chicken sandwich. Chicken tasted old. Not busy for a saturday and won't if they run it that way. Shame, too, because it's close to home, but if you don't serve a delicious product, money will stop coming in because you are penny pinching on food cost. Wont be back, and sadly I grew up a kfc fan, but other chicken places are taking my money and others too.

I went inside to place an order. The restaurant was spotless. And the employee who waited on me exceptional. Great service. Food was awesome.
I was in yesterday and got the 10 piece chicken only and when I Went to serve it there were only 8 pieces. I don’t live close enough to retrieve the last 2 pieces. Needless to say I was very disappointed. Probably won’t go there again, how hard is it to count to 10? It wasn’t busy I was the only car in drive through.

I asked the manager if the 16 piece meal was the best deal he said it was so I ordered it. As they were getting my order ready I noticed the Tuesday special an 8 piece meal for $20. Quick calculations tell me two 8 piece meals are the same as one 16 piece. And the 16 piece meal costs 18 dollars more than the two 8 piece meals. So I told the manager that I wanted to return the 16 piece meal and order the two 8 piece meals so that I could save 18 dollars. Manager said he couldn't do that? I was angry but I took the 16 piece meal at full price. When I got home with my food the Mac and cheese side dish was missing. So all in all I paid 18 extra dollars for poor service and missing food. When I called the store manager answered and said their was nothing he could do.

The saucy chicken nuggets are not worth the cost. Tiny, not a lot of sauce. One of my pieces was chewy because it was cut too close to the cartilage. The Cole slaw recipe hasn't changed - still really good. Biscuit was a little under-done but tasty. Dining room was clean and seemed well-maintained.
