Lakeville location had great customer service! We just moved to town and had a horrible day. We decided to just get some pizza for a late dinner and the staff was so friendly and accommodating - it truly helped to make our day a little better. It was also probably one of the best Little Caesar’s pizza we have had - the crust was cooked well and we actually got extra toppings as requested. Overall, great experience at this location 😊
Majorly poor customer service! Burnt pizza and burnt crazy bread from the mountain view locasian
Great food, but consistently incorrect orders with less than we paid for.
The resolution we were given was “we’ll write your name in the book and make it right next time” with zero attempt to reimburse us for the items or toppings we were missing.
Mistakes happen, but have some integrity to rectify them and try to make things right.
