Several employees at this particular location of McDonald’s don’t even know what creamer from a dispenser means!!!!!!
Mike was great. He knows how to deliver true excellent service.
Worst McDonald’s in Lakeville. The only positive about this location is that it has a play place for the kids.

This location has been bad for over 10 years. Every time I give them a chance I am reminded why I don’t go here
This McDonalds is our go to location . The staff is helpful, friendly and patient. It’s always been clean. The staff always remembers our family. And, we have always had warm and fresh food. Thanks to the Gang at rhis McDonalds ! We appreciate your great job!
Great coffee

They used to ALWAYSSS get my order wrong, so I stopped going here about a year ago and just go across town for it at the Kenrick Ave location. Went back today thinking they had to be somewhat better at this point, and they literally got my entire order wrong lmao. Don’t waste your money just go to the one on the other side of town! They will never change lol

I noticed there has been a trend of incomplete or incorrect orders. I have given them 5 chances to do better and nothing. The family did an order tonight. The fries were missing, got a 6 piece nugget instead of a 10 piece, got 3 cookies instead of 2 apple pies and received no sauce with the nugget meal. When my husband tried to message about the incorrect order he got the run around and a whole heck of a lot of so sorry but prove it. Meanwhile we will keep most of your money and give you $3 because eyiu got cookies instead of apple pies. Do better McDonald's, it's bad enough the prices have gone up so much but poor service too. No wonder why you are losing so many customers.

My son had options, but he wanted a McDonald’s birthday party! We had 7 rowdy 7 year olds in their play area for 1.5 hr. Their manager on duty, Conrado, was awesome. He was very hospitable and catered to our every need. Keep in mind it doesn’t cost anything to reserve. Conrado was outstanding. Thank you.

I had asked for an Oreo McFlurry as a substitute for my beverage and was straight up told, “No.” I wouldn’t even be making this review if I had been told this before from other locations. However, this has never been an issue at any location. And even after I clarified and told the employee that I haven’t had this issue before, and offered to pay an upcharge, she still said, “No.”

Honestly, and I definitely mean this honestly, this McDonald's is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. And that's not saying a lot, but let's start at the beginning. Number one, we walk in the door and we noticed that there's hardly any customers In the dining room. And no one's in line at the Register, but yet when I asked for someone to help me at the register, everyone seems too busy to even turn ahead and acknowledge me. I asked several times and I was ignored several times not even a manager, a supervisor anyone was there to make sure people were taken care of at the front register. You know, they assume that these kiosks that they have don't malfunction, or can't be confusing for people well, they can malfunction, and they can be confusing for people. So that's why a lot of us like to have a human take our order just because we like that we like that human touch. And that's not saying that I don't like kiosks, electronic kiosks, that's fine as long as they work, and they're functional, and they're more efficient for me than talking to a cash register, because that is the bottom line, if the kiosk is less efficient to me then talking to actual cashier that's a human, then I'm gonna go for the human every time. Because one thing I think McDonald has forgotten Is the customers time and they've forgotten that we value our time. We, us, our time is important and and we don't want to waste it using ridiculously badly programmed kiosks. This is something that doesn't happen at Burger King, they actually have a human cashier. So folks something to consider go places where they have cashiers go places where they have clean dining rooms and let's get into the dining room. Okay, after we got done ordering food on the kiosk, which we found highly inefficient. And let me tell you one thing about this restaurant. This particular mcdonald's oftentimes people will actually do this a lot. They'll go through the drive through order their hamburger or whatever it is they're getting and then they'll come inside the restaurant to eat in the dining room because you can't get service in the dining room because they ignore you whenever you're at the front register. They like to pretend like you're not even there. And it's not even funny. The biggest thing I hate is a dirty restaurant. This place had dirty tables that haven't been wiped down trash on the floors, dirty trays on all the garbages, you name it. We had the mispleasure of eating in a dirty table, as I'm sure everyone else has when they come to this particular McDonald's. I noticed and I took pictures of the dirty tables of the dirty drink station and the dirty floors and the empty cashier station, where no one comes to help you, so I'm going to upload all those photos for you all so you can take a look at what you're going to get when you come here. What I would do is demand better. We demand something better than this particular establishment is offering. Go to Burger King, go to Wendy's. Don't go here. This place is awful. They just don't care about anything other than their drive through and yeah, maybe their drive through times are average but they forget that people actually come into the restaurant with their families and their children to eat and they want to be served. Nobody wants to sit and use a speak and spell looking machine kiosk, that's so archaic to place your order. Even my phone could take an order faster than that thing. No one gets helped in the restaurant, it's dirty, the bathrooms, everything's trashed and yucky, so please, you know what save yourself from having a horrible experience, a filthy disgusting experience. Just go to burger king.
