Ordered online, didn't mean to do counter pick up and went into drive through. Was told they can't access that food and I'd have to come in. I had a sleeping 3yr old in the car. The food was cold and the chicken nuggets were inedible. Hard and cold. Definitely been sitting out passed the expiration time. Ordered two 6 pieces and my toddler tried a bite and refused to eat. So I tried one and yeah right in the trash.

I bring my kids to the McDonald’s on Icenic as a treat every few months, and we always have a great experience. The staff is always so helpful and friendly and the McDonald’s is always clean. Today we went for Valentine’s Day and all of the tables had a little vase of flowers and a candle, they had coloring sheets/crayons for the kids, and one of their staff was walking around handing out free cookies for Valentine’s Day! So fun!

Ordered our usual 4 $5 meal deals with an added cheeseburger, came home and was missing a sandwich. Tried calling the store multiple times in a row with no answer. This location has been out local McDonald's for 10+ years, usually never fails that something goes wrong.

We went there for our grandkids because it had a PlayPlace. That part was fine, the kids loved it. The food was just average McDonald's fare. But, the service was horrible. The app that we were instructed to download didn't work, so I decided to just go up to the front to order. There were multiple employees scurrying about taking orders thru their headsets, filling online orders, etc. They looked right at me, but did not greet me or even indicate that ordering in person was a possibility. After about 5 minutes, a girl finally came and started to take my order, but took 2 orders thru her headset at the same time. IMO, in-person customer service should be the priority. Apparently, not at McDonald's.

I come through the icenic location every now and then for the breakfast menu. I work nights, so it's actually always my dinner. Almost every time at 5:30am I'm served by the same two people- They always have smiles on their faces and my food is always hot. My order is always correct and they often greet me by name because I always place a mobile order. They're also super quick every time. Both of them make the best part of my day on even my toughest days. Thank you lakeville morning crew for being awesome!

Waiting minutes 9 for 2 steak egg n cheese bagels. At breakfast time. Charged extra for a lot of sauce on bagel. Team still seamed confused on order

10/13/24. 10 pm. Are the Big Mac's served Cold on Sunday evenings ?? My oh my, I know it's hard to find good help but get the incompetence out of there!! And if this is the generation that thinks everybody should get paid $25 an hour. We are in big trouble as a Nation And is a perfect example..
Last two times I got breakfast they messed up my order. Same exact mistake on the same exact order.
Don't have the energy to deal with this crap in the morning.

Went through the drive through at 6:18 on 6/16/24. They forgot the burger, drove back and the manager on duty proceeded to grill me as if I’d asked for $100. Horrible customer service.

I arrived Wednesday at 10:45 to order breakfast and was told that breakfast hours on weekends are to 1130 and to 11 o’clock during the week and I asked why they are still serving breakfast as I’m within the hours and they said I’m sorry we’ve stop serving for today.
