I only get breakfast from McDonald's & I've been to this McDonald's a few times & everytime I went there my orange juice was water down..I finally complained about it but I won't be going back there anymore.

The food was terrible, and it was definitely not fresh, very old, and overpriced. Definitely don't recommend McDonald's, Culver's is a much better option, and food is made fresh.

When you ask for a water and they tell you you have to pull forward for it and it will be 3 minutes there's absolutely no customer service. It was some Mexican manager with thin mustache a little on the pudgier side. ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit the biscuit was hard and the bacon was way overcooked

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to and I usually love McDonald's. All the lettuce/pickles/sauce was literally at the bottom of the box. Fries and buns were almost stale and barely warm. I'll be taking my business to another location... I guess the only good thing was the sweet tea đ

I had the worst experience possible after a 12 hour shift working. I ordered food on the mobile app at 1030 pm on a Friday night. I expected my food would be ready when I got to this McDonaldâs 15 minutes later. It wasnât ready, but said it was serving my number in the screen. I thought they were still preparing it, so I waited 5 more minutes. I then asked an employee where my order was and pointed to the number on the screen. It looked they were making my order. Another 3 minutes passed and what I assumed was the Supervisor told me my food had been made and picked up. I had just arrived there and had not received my food. I showed her the food I ordered on my app. She then told me the food was picked up and shrugged her shoulders. I then said I didnât pick up the food, somebody else must have. At this point it was 35 minutes after I had ordered and I wasnât going to argue with her. I told her I would contact the owner after she refused to refund my money or make my order. I am the Director of Food and Beverage for the Minnesota Vikings and McDonaldâs is a sponsor of the Vikings. I teach Guest Service classes and this was right there with the worst guest service I have ever received. To this point I have received a form letter from McDonaldâs corporate and no refund. Letâs just say Iâm pretty disappointed.

Only reason I go to McDonald's is that it's convenient
The staff at this McDonaldâs are the best I have experienced at any fast food restaurant. No matter what age, time of day the staff are always polite and have very upbeat personalities. I moved to the other side of the cities and I will drive past 5 McDonaldâs to visit this one, because of the staff.

Food was not good.. deluxe spicy mccrispy sandwich.. one pickle.. sauce everywhere.. cold.. cold French fries.. called them, they didnât say much.. paying $10 for this meal is ridiculous⊠you get better food at a gas stationâŠ

They seemed very distracted. Order needed to be re-entered by man at window. At the 2nd window we were greeted by a young lady who said, âtwo ice cream cones?â Nice idea but wrong order. I wonder who didnât get their cones ⊠warm out. Well, we were asked to park in #1 and our coffees would be right out. Good idea but no coffee made it to us until my fiancĂ©e had to go back into the store to get them. Very sad but we know that McDonaldâs is usually pretty good.
