The woman named Karina was very disrespectful, she was patronizing to the elderly couple before us and then was very mean to me and my wife. We decided to cancel our order due to her bad attitude, if she doesnt like her job she should stay home and not come to work to let it out on customers

Waited at the counter for someone to take my order and I had employees just passing me by. The kiosks that I was redirected to wasnât working so I pressed for assistance and waited another 10 minutes for someone to come and no one answered the call. For someone who was on the road and wanted something quick to eatâcustomer service was horrible. I whatâs the point of having the lobby open if thereâs going to be no one up front helping.

Used the app and the email receipt vs app receipt had different store locations (??). Iâm guessing it was due to location tracking even though I selected a particular location. Kudos to this location for making the order quickly even through the confusion.

Meh.. they are fast but there is almost always something missing in my order or they donât understand what I want so the order is put in wrong. This is the second time they have forgotten to give me any sauce with my nuggets. Not even one. For the price now, not really worth the frustration.
