Was there during lunch rush 1 November. Store was immaculately clean, the staff were all very friendly, and food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Much more than I expected. No wait time, either.
Incredible service with allergies! I have a peanut allergy, and they suggested they could make a whole new batch of orange chicken after cleaning the wok so there wouldn’t be cross-contamination. They were also very clear about the risk of cross-contamination and their policies/practices regarding allergies without making it difficult to order food (often an issue at other restaurants). The food was also lovely, and the portion size was unprecedented (in a good way)! I think...
We had a melting down child in the car as we sat in the drive through. As soon as we finished ordering, someone ran out with snacks and apple juice for our boys. So incredibly thoughtful! Great service and we are grateful!
