If ordering pickup and you don’t tip, just walk in and wait for your pizza otherwise they won’t alert you via text or email even when you sign up for it but if you tip them, don’t worry, they will alert you. I tip with deliveries not carry out

They use DoorDash and your food is left outside with no delivery notification! Requested my order be re-delivered and once again left outside. Terrible service.

The last couple times they've have screwed up our order. I emailed customer service Over a week ago and still haven't heard back. We spent $70!!!! I expect my order to be correct.. very disappointing.
This has got to be the WORST papa johns franchise in Minnesota!!! My order is screwed up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I wouldn't order from here if I didn't have such picky children but I absolutely will NOT tip these morons!! It's always something missing or takes HOURS (LITERALLY) OR tonight my order didn't even SHOW UP!! So I call and they claim to deliver another one, 3 HOURS LATER FROM THE ORIGINAL ORDER TIME STILL NOTHING!!!! THIS PLACE SUX AND I WISH MY KIDS DIDNT LIKE THEIR PIZZA BECAUSE THE SERVICE BLOOOWS!!! GO DOMINOES!!
