The older lady with the purple hair was super rude to me. I asked for a swap for a kids topping for the kids pizzas. I had a LARGE pick up of pizzas. She was going to charge me $4 for a small cup of toppings for the kids pizza. The other staff has been more than friendly with this request previously. When I said that to her she stated “tell me their name and I will fire them now”. I replied have a nice day and left with my original order. Customer service like this is unacceptable. All I am asking is to be friendly.
