I think this is the first time I've ever been here sober and this food was wonderful! Everything was perfect, fresh and fast. Our server Brooke, was great and super friendly. So, just FYI, you definitely don't need to be tuned up to appreciate Perkins!

The food I asked for specifically to have my hash browns well done. They bring out my plate. My hash browns weren't ready and I expect me to eat my food without my hash browns. So I sent it back and now it's been 20 minutes and my sister's done eating...
Cook needs to learn a little bit about people's standards in a restaurant.. But I guess it's BUCK the manager of this establishment that has an issue with people wanting stuff well done.. he told the waitress it would be extra long time before I got my food..
And I'm still waiting!!!
By the way, Angie and Kelly the waitress was awesome and she did their job. It specifically has to do with Management in the back...
And I still don't have my food!!!
And they expected us to pay $27 for one meal with two coffees and the manager never came out from the back and even expressed his concern or even said he was sorry...
If the manager wants to make a formal apology and give us a nice breakfast with the food we were supposed to receive and never did, then maybe I will change my review... It's not my intention to write bad reviews and hurt businesses, but this manager needs to have some discipline and respect.

Today we took advantage of your burger and pie deal and it was absolutely delicious. Went here on a Sunday afternoon and the staff was excellent! I’ve had some bad experiences at Perkins but the food was great and the staff was excellent. Great value with this burger deal!

Restaurant and rest rooms are dirty, food came out with hair in it the mac and cheese was hard and disgusting we left the Restaurant feeling lucky if we didn't get sick, we'll we weren't lucky my child woke up early in the night throwing up. Dine at your own risk.

I had one of the best worker name Jessica helping me place an order online over the phone and she even went above and beyond giving me extra bbq sauce and hand wipes for my bourbon ribs etc.! Jessica definitely deserves a raise for her amazing energy and over performance!

ordered dinner a 532PM… order went to kitchen…. total of two or three tables in the restaurant with patrons. After asking manager at 25 minutes after order… food arrived at 30 minutes after order was completed. Waitress said the order slip got lost in the kitchen.. Wow.. really… part of the waitress thing is to make sure things are getting done for your tables… Our wait staff told they were subtracted 20% from our bill…. Bill arrived… 20% off of one piece of pie. Sorry … nice try...total fail…. this establishment was not busy while Cracker Barrel across the street was crowded. I will not be coming back anytime soon…. other places I can go to spend money on food and SERVICE.

Parking: the parking lot was empty because everyone was at Cracker Barrel across the street…. Service here is bad.
