Doordashers and Doordash users beware. I took a double order from this place. I had to drive 8 miles to get there. I showed the girl at the register the names. She said the orders were being made. After 10 minutes, I asked again. She checked the names again. And said they would be out soon. The lobby was full of people. Another Doordasher got sick of waiting and left. There was a customer who kept asking about her order. The girl kept checking the receipt on the pizzas over and over. The woman said her order was supposed to be done a long time ago. The girl at the register kept trying to look up the order. She couldn't find it. Finally she checked a pizza again in the hot box and said, this is it. It's a pizza that had been sitting in there. Turns out it was missing the 2 orders of breadsticks. She told her she needed to remake the breadsticks and they would be done in 5 minutes. The employees were arguing with eachother. The one in the back started getting attitude with the customers for asking questions and saying names. That woman waits another 15 minutes and 1 order of breadsticks comes out. The customer said just give it to me. The girl at the register said sorry, she is waiting on another order of breadsticks. That customer said forget about it, just give me what you have. At this point I have been waiting about 45 minutes. Someone who seemed half way competent came up and asked who I was waiting on. I told her the name and she said that one has been done and gone for a long time. Turns out they gave the order to another person. I contact the doordash customer, and they asked for a refund. At this point, my other order had been sitting in my pizza bag for a half hour. That's not fair to that customer, but luckily they were understanding. I spent 50 minutes waiting at this order that was given out before I got there. I kept being told it was almost done. So was the girl at the register lying to me? Or was she that clueless and incompetent?
This whole situation messed with my money. Because I was able to make $9.50 from the order I got, that's all I made for an hour of work. It was peak time. I was getting an extra $2 per order. I should have made about $26 that hour. I have 4 kids I need to feed. I can't get that time back. I have also worked in food service for 20 years. I did it in the military, hospitals, schools, and restaurants. I've run kitchens and ordered food. This entire operation is one of the most embarassing things I have seen. Part of me wanted to put some gloves on and go in back to start helping them. That's how bad I felt. I'd love to apply and show people how to run a pizza franchise, but you couldn't afford me. I will avoid this place at all costs.

I spotted this on my way to Minneapolis. I did a double take, in Iowa I don't of any dine in pizza hits that are left, none in my area. I missed sitting, taking I the pizza smells, then once getting food fresh out of the oven instead of a box is priceless. I had thin n crispy, w/extra sauce.... OH MY GOD! I missed it, I missed the fresh bread sticks, putting parmesan cheese on the marinara sauce. Mmmhmmm. It took me back to high school when working at PH was one of my first jobs...and loving it. My Mom always said I'd grow to hate pizza after working there, all it did was make me love it more. The food was amazing, the fountain Dr Pepper was amazing, the service spectacular and if you miss the done in experience, go for it, it's well worth it.

This is the second time in a couple days that the staff and managers have been rude Tabitha Denise and Becky I tried to order and was asking questions about pricing and food I don’t work their so I was wondering about sizes and making sure I was clear on things Becky went on and stated I was in conversation too long with her when I’m just tryna figure out things I didn’t like the comment I kept my composure until then end of our conversation she kept talking to the other manager Denise and they weee laughing and she ignored me most times then proceeded to say I was argumentive when I wasn’t and stated that as a customer she needs to work on how to talk to one then they were not helpful so I said a couple words that was bad because all I wanted to do was order a pizza for my kids now they are without because people don’t know their roles and don’t know how to be professional I handled the conversation well if it’s recorded you can hear it but they don’t need to be their if they don’t know how to be professionals I get I might have taken some time but it was so I could be clear on things I’m upset and this is not the only time smh 😡😤
The worst pizza I have ever ordered from a Pizza Hut. It was dried out, over cooked and tasteless. What has happened to Pizza Hut? It used to serve the best Pizza, but what my husband brought home tonight didn’t even come close. I will not be spending my money at this location ever again.

Very friendly! Made a mistake with my takeout order. They were very busy-lots of orders going out. But quick to fix it and gave me a credit on top of it. I didn’t even ask about it.
Will def go back here in the future.

We ordered a pizza tonight. It said it was out for delivery. We got a call saying they had burned our pizza. So they had to remake it and it took so long my kids had to go to bed and eat something else. We had selected contactless delivery and put a note in asking not to ring doorbell and not to knock. Well when they finally did arrive the delivery driver rang the doorbell 3x and pounded on the door (all right away when leaving the pizza for contactless delivery). So my kids were woken up and the entire night was messed up further.
The food was good and I’m grateful they remade it. However the lack of professionalism and multiple mistakes was disappointing.

I ordered pizza from the lakeville location last week and the wrong hotel room was entered. I called to correct it and they told me the delivery guy would call before delivering. He didn't call and it was delivered to the wrong room. I've called multiple times and even spoke with the manager Denise and informed me I will not be getting a refund. SO unprofessional and rude. The order was for 100$ worth of food to feed my family. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Love the personal pizza and wings box, it’s a good deal too. The medium buffalo flavor sauce is addicting. I also appreciate that the staff are very attentive and friendly when I come to pick up. Last time apologized for a barely two minute wait on some fresh breadsticks.
Also like that this location has a neat dining room option if you’d like to dine in.

We stop here all the time and this week we brought 8 of our grandkids for lunch. The pizza was fantastic and the service was amazing. We are always treated as if we are family and will continue to make this one of our favorite stops on our way south.

I've always loved pizza hut, but it's not like it used to be. The main issue I have now is that if you don't tip with a delivery order, then they send it to a doordasher for delivery. The problem with that is that the food is always delivered cold. Now to me, hot pizza delivery should be hot regardless of who delivers it. Trust that this will be the last time we get delivery from this store.

By far one of the worst food and customer service experiences I've ever had. The Manager Denise is a NIGHTMARE. She has so many complaints on here it's astonishing that she even has a job. The employees are immature. I called with a legitimate complaint and concern and the employee I spoke with was personally offended for some reason, got upset, threw the phone down while cussing. Absolutely crazy. I took screenshots of all the reviews Denise and her store has had and sent them to corporate with my complaint. Talk about a pattern of behavior. I know these stores are not doing well to begin with, honestly it should just be shut down if this is how they are going to operate. Won't be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again 👎
