You should alow gluten free pizza to be ordered for a buffet. Or maybe charge the extra $5-10 for the difference instead of too much for the item that a person needs due to medical issues. It seems like you don't care about other people's medical/ health issues that they can't control. You're seriously limiting your sales. I bet if someone said cheese burger on pickles or no onion on some pizza, you're more than willing to make it, but simple bread/crust item is too much. Disgusting 😫

The pizza here is terrible for the big price that they charge. the pizza is on par with a cheap frozen pizza like jacks. The chicken is way better. if they made a good pizza this place would always be packed. the service is hit or miss depending on the day you go. if it wasn't for the chicken i would never go here

Pizza ranch now runs by kids and very rude manager. We went for dinner buffet and order a pizza. 30 minutes gone but our pizza was not ready. They forgot to make it. I talked to the guy who was in charge. Unfortunately he was very mean. Also we order a desert to go, my wife used credit card, the teenager kids said: your card doesn’t go through. I said no problem, I paid cash. When I checked our bank account summary. They charged us on the card as well. We made decision to not go anymore to this location.

Nice buffet, busy at dinner but kept everything stocked. Used to ask if would like a special pizza made for buffet, apparently not anymore. Chicken awesome, pizza so so and salad bar was fresh. Potato wedges and dessert are to die for!

Walked in and waited for a few minutes before anyone came to the register. Should have knew right then that it was going to be a disappointment. The whole buffet area and seating area was trashed. Tables were not cleaned, floor was disgusting and the worker would just wipe all the pizza toppings from the buffet onto the floor so you would have to walk around them to get your food. Approximately 4 new pizzas were put out within the matter of time we were there. Definitely not worth the nearly $40 we forked out to eat very subpar food. Unacceptable and should have just asked for a refund.
