Ordered a special pizza and it was made wrong and they did not offer to remake the special order. The rest of our experience was to our liking as far as the food. We spent too much money ($85) to not get our order correctly.

I’ve had Pizza Ranch before 1 time. I called this evening to ask a question about the menu and the staff was unsure of the menu option in question. He had to get the manager Carl, who was unhelpful and when I asked a question about the buffet as I’ve never been there before and wanted to know what was served he stated “I’m really busy and can’t continue to help you” …. Neat. Thanks Carl.

Yesterday was my first time bringing my family here. We are a family of 6, from the very beginning we felt judged. I have a 1 year old and I thought this place was kid friendly , so I brought my children here. We were judged by the lady cleaning our table & two other customers that were there, after making a comment about my son that left my entire family uncomfortable and embarrassed, we took our kids and left. I called back today after work in hopes that pizza ranch would make it right instead told me there’s nothing he was willing to do because I did not say something yesterday after I repeatedly told him my family was very embarrassed already & bringing it to managers attention yesterday would have just been too much for me and my family hence why I called today. This was my first and absolutely my last time. I will not be recommending pizza ranch to anyone. All I wanted was it to be made right , I didn’t even get an apology.

You should alow gluten free pizza to be ordered for a buffet. Or maybe charge the extra $5-10 for the difference instead of too much for the item that a person needs due to medical issues. It seems like you don't care about other people's medical/ health issues that they can't control. You're seriously limiting your sales. I bet if someone said cheese burger on pickles or no onion on some pizza, you're more than willing to make it, but simple bread/crust item is too much. Disgusting 😫

The pizza here is terrible for the big price that they charge. the pizza is on par with a cheap frozen pizza like jacks. The chicken is way better. if they made a good pizza this place would always be packed. the service is hit or miss depending on the day you go. if it wasn't for the chicken i would never go here
