Took my daughter and her friend for dinner and they were way impressed!! We started with Ahi Tuna and crab cake appetizers, which were both amazing. He had the Black and Blue ribeye, she had the petite filet and my wife and I had the walleye blackened - I recommend any one of these entrees as they were all cooked to perfection. I also recommend the French onion soup- it's delicious!!

Our Dinner at Porterhouse was wonderful! We were celebrating two events, and the Porterhouse helped make it special. Our server Bonnie was amazing, the food was exquisite and the ambience was wonderful!

Excellent food! Try the steak tips appetizer with the bearnaise sauce, my husband and I shared the Walleye dinner - it is delicious and definitely enough to share - two filets. Great service!

Always the best steaks, done exactly to perfection. Our server was the best! The only thing that was not top drawer was the noise level. It was noisier than usual, too noisy for the non-bar side of a fine restaurant - most of it attributed to two groups of men near our table.

My ribeye was so tough it wore out the small knife they gave me. I gave up trying to remove all the connective tissue halfway through. I’ve been here several times before and had great food. This time the steak was way below par.

The service was very good and most of the dinner was delicious. The scallops for one person in our party could have been cooked longer and there was a big lump of hard potatoes in the center of the mashed potatoes.

We love this place. We come here for every special occasion and have for more than 15 years. We just celebrated my husband's 70th birthday this weekend and they made it very special. I ordered the Alaskan Halibut with Shrimp and it was one of the best pieces of fish I've ever had!! It was so good that we went back the next day and I ordered it again!! Outstanding! My husband is a big meat and potato fan and always gets the Porterhouse. Never been disappointed! You should go here. The Service is the best ever! Ryan was perfect as usual-love you guy!

We came to celebrate our 40th anniversary and wanted to do it in a special place. The whole evening was great. Lindsey was a fabulous server for us as well as other staff who helped as well. Meal was prepared as we asked amd tasted great.

We had a great time at Porterhouse. We were celebrating a friend's 40th birthday. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful! She discussed the menu options with us, had a great personality, helped us choose beverages and desserts, The food was delicious!!! Everyone left feeling full and satisfied. We will be back to Porterhouse.

I asked for a quaint place when I booked my reservation over a week prior to arriving and was sat at a table in front of all booths with others right next to us. It was my birthday and we wanted something more quiet.

Good place. Steak was a tiny bit undercooked but overall very good. Steak had great flavor. They gave us a free dessert since it was our 20th anniversary, too! Very nice of them to do that. Service was superb.

Dinner was fantastic. We always split the NY strip and it was done to perfection. Cheesy bacon mashed potatoes are always a hit as well. Love going to dinner at Porterhouse because you are always guaranteed a great meal at a reasonable price.

Never been to this place. Heard the sea bass was great and it was, but not worth the drive back. Bartender was really nice, but he didn’t know how to make proper cocktails, but that could be how the restaurant runs. Sent back the halibut because it was bone dry. The spinach salad was phenomenal.

I’d love to just give 2.5 stars because one steak was fine. What was so disappointing about this experience is that we eat at their other restaurant (Chianti) all the time, and it’s always great. The black and bleu ribeye that my dining partner got was very good and cooked to temp; and they refunded us $30 for my steak which I appreciate, but I still think they got completely wrong. If anyone peruses my reviews, they’ll see that at a steakhouse I always order a ribeye, and always rare. I’ve literally eaten hundreds of these in my lifetime. What I was served today was the worst “ribeye” I’ve ever had in my life. And for $59. First, as you can see in the pictures, this is not a rare steak. So, the temp was wrong. Second, I believe I was served a strip, yet they lied repeatedly and stuck to their guns, insisting this was a ribeye. I’ve never had a tough, chewy ribeye cut so thick like this, and with no marbling. It’s not like any ribeye I’ve ever had. The flavor was dramatically different from the other ribeye we got.Why can’t just own their mistake and make it right? I ended up not eating any of the meat left on the plate and did not take it home. In all, I had maybe 3-4 bites. They should have removed the whole steak from the bill just for getting the temp wrong, not to mention, this isn’t a ribeye…If it matters, I left a five star review for their other location in Little Canada, so this isn’t just a “Karen” review.Edit: after receiving the follow up from the owner. I lowered my rating. What a terrible response. How does the owner of a steakhouse not acknowledge that at the very minimum the temp is wrong, not to mention, maybe an apology for a crappy steak that wasn’t even eaten. Since they looked up the ticket, maybe they should bother to look up how much money we’ve spent at Chianti. No more though.
