A big 5 star shout out to The Red Fox Tavern & Kitchen in Lakeville for upping their game with new ownership. We’ve been here several times since they reopened with new ownership and owners & chefs Adam & Owen Schultz and staff (shout out to our server Stephanie) are killing it!
If you’ve been to the origami Red Fox Tavern, prepare yourself for a culinary surprise! Sushi at the Red Fox?? Yes, and it was excellent!! Besides hamburgers & flatbreads, they have some Czech cuisine & other unique dishes. The new owners also run the 1319 Woodfire Tavern in New Prague.
One of owners took time to stop by our table to make sure our experience was good & talked about some their culinary creations they are working hard on in the kitchen
We were also pleased with the variety of the whiskey selection.
A very cozy NEW bar & Interesting menu with good food. Worth the stop!

Fun little place. Just off this road is this nook of a restaurant. Blink as your driving and you'll miss it. Service and atmosphere was nice. Food... well not great to be honest. Portion to the price didnt meet in my experience. First of all, the menu is all over the place. From sushi, to burgers, to pizza. This place needs to focus on what its making and narrow its offerings.

My ribeye steak was on the expensive side. Had good flavor but very tough and chewy not what you expect for a$39 steak! My steak came with bourbon glazed Brussel sprouts which had no flavor or glaze whatsoever. The red potatoes served with it lacked any flavor. Had a not so great $8 Bloody Mary with my dinner. Needless to say I won’t be going back anytime soon.

Such a fun experience! The atmosphere was awesome—super clean and welcoming. And the food… wow! 🤩 We’re not from the area and just happened to find this place on Google, and it completely exceeded our expectations. The service was excellent, and the bartender made one of the best Bloody Marys I’ve had. The owner was even there, checking in on guests and being so friendly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a great bar-and-grill vibe!

Good food, and drinks, but a little slow getting out to you. Very friendly waitstaff and good venue for live music especially I'm the summer.
2/25 - New owners, hopefully service issues will resolved!
Update: 9/4/25 - Service has definitely improved. Our server was great and very attentive. The menu is very exciting, the sushi was awesome!! Highly recommend!
