Portion sizes are VERY small for the price. Attached photos of a $10 chicken tender basket with 2 tenders. And a $20 pizza that is about half the size of a normal pizza box.

My husband was craving some wood fire pizza for Father’s Day so since Red Fox is right around the corner we decided to try it. We had been big fans of the old menu and have tried the new menu once and weren’t disappointed, but the wood fire pizza left much to be desired unfortunately. It was small, the crust was dense and chewy and honestly just pretty bad. And for $17 it was far overpriced. Sadly, we will not be trying pizza from there again.

Stopped in last night to check out the new ownership, menu, and remodel!
The remodel looks fabulous! I ordered the cowboy burger and fries, which was excellent by the way! It came out within 10 minutes of ordering, so the service was fast during the dinner hour.
Such an interesting menu for the Red Fox. Love the variety of items you would not expect from its original American Flare.
Keep it up! I will definitely be back soon! 🙂

Had appetizer smoked elote wasn’t given enough chips to finish the dip so asked for more and they brought more (a lot more than needed) but failed to mention that there was $3 charge!
Ordered the beet salad. Came with spring mix , red onion and beets maybe a cherry and goat cheese. It was very plain and blah for $13.50
My husband ordered the “woodfire” ribeye. Came out looking like it was microwaved, no grill marks very chewing and lots of grizzle. Very blah in flavor, he asked for horse radish to give it some flavor and they charged another $1 for a tiny amount.
The old fashions well let’s just say go anywhere else and you’ll get an old fashion for your money. Here it was barely covering the bottom of the glass.
Prices are outrageous for what you get and the food is mediocre at best. Hopefully this is just growing pains but first impressions are everything especially when this isn’t your first restaurant. I say good luck to keeping business around. This could be a little gold mine, but you may want to read the room (surrounding restaurants)before setting prices like that for the terrible food and drinks and service was definitely lacking.

High recommend Red Fox Tavern & Kitchen. The new ownership has an amazing place and the Food is absolutely amazing. Been there 3xs in the matter of 1 week. The food and atmosphere is that Good.

A tradition ends today. I grew up cutting down a Christmas tree down the road and then lunch at Red Fox. Wife and I attempted this same tradition with our kids. Last year we were unimpressed with Red Fox but figured we'd give it another shot. Terrible experience today.
They could figure out how to turn the Vikings game on; this is a sports bar mind you.
It took 45 minutes for a kids mac and cheese, adult burger, tater tots and chicken fingers. However we never received our chicken fingers. We left hungry and very disappointed and ended up at McDonald's down the road to complete our lunch.
Sadly a tradition that has lasted decades ends today and we won't be back to Red Fox tavern

This place was awful. We waited 20+ minutes just for drinks and the place was near empty. My drink came in a visibly dirty cup. Kids hot chocolate was cold. Our waitress seemed frazzled and clueless, she said we couldn’t order lunch but the table next to us ordered lunch. The food was cold and not good. We won’t go back or recommend this place.

Very slow service waited over 15 mins for our drinks , and anthoer 15 for our app. Food was undercooked and never received side salads with our meals , couldnt even get our side salads because it would if taken another half hour to get it. Very disappointing when you spend almost 100 for this meal. Would if had better service and quality of food and McDonald's. Zero stars for this place.
