Root down Nutrition is hands down the best nutrition shop in the metro area! The shakes and teas are delicious and well crafted! The owner, Jes is simply delightful and so welcoming and down-to-earth! Do yourself a favor and get the maple protein bar, it’s my new weekly treat to myself!

I am so glad I decided to stop into Root Down Nutrition today! It was my first time there and Jes, the owner, walked me through everything. She made me a DELICIOUS and filling high-protein smoothie, but more than that, she took the time to talk to me and care about me as a customer. The environment is very clean, decorative, and fun, making it perfect for meeting up with friends or connecting to the local community. I HIGHLY recommend Root Down Nutrition!!!

The space feels welcoming and homey, and I am in AWE of all the live plants! And Jes is the BEST! My kiddos love it here too!

I don’t even know where to start with this store “Root Down Nutrition”. Beyond annoyed when I went to the counter I was asked to type in my information. I just wanted to buy a smoothie, not be asked for my name. Some people just want in and out. Time consuming to do that. Herbalife is A MLM company and though I understand it is not a pyramid scheme, Herbalife has had numerous lawsuits against them for a lot of various reasons. Other thing, since when are people that promote a company “wellness coaches”. I don’t recall you are knowledgable about nutrition outside of Herbalife. Nobody owns a degree, the lady who owns this shop definitely does not. She wants business on selling products that someone can easily buy from a distributor and on top of that wants money to do the same job as the consumer. Pretty basic knowledge to read a food label- I don’t need help being a normal human being. Love the shakes and teas but wouldn’t go here as the people who own these businesses are people who can’t find a successful job outside of a job of 16 year old making drinks. Pretty sad actually. Don’t call a shake fat reducing when its got oreos on top. Yes I get the prolessa but the oreos just eliminate the purpose. And lastly, why should I leave a tip on a expensive drink anyway? The owner is already making so much profit. Basic human skills and reason just lack on some many levels.

I love this place . This is my comfort place to go to and just have the day to my self. Jes is great she always knows what to make and continues to make me laugh. I’ve loved everything she has made for me . Especially her pies!! She never fails to brighten up everyone’s day .

Absolutely love Root Down! I met Jes (the owner) a couple months ago when I was looking for a healthy “fast food” option. Low calorie, high protein smoothies for the win! Can’t stop without grabbing a metabolism boosting tea either!
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options!
Dietary restrictions: Root Down has smoothies that are diabetic friendly. There are also options for gluten free.
Kid-friendliness: Root Down has all their shakes in size “small” for kids as well! (Taste like ice cream so definitely a kid win) As well as healthy protein juices!

I just came from a workout and noticed that there was a nutrition store where I was driving. Perfect timing ?I believe I was talking to the store owner and my siblings were with me. We were welcomed right away and she was very patient with our crazy and endless questions.The drinks were delicious! She filled it to the top.This is the cookies and cream with chocolate whey protein. I don’t like chocolate drinks but this one I definitely recommend!
