I would rate the boba, but I honestly couldn't tell you. The employee made the boba wrong and when told that I didn't order that drink, they made no attempt to rectify it. Instead she went on her phone until another customer came in. Regardless of how good the boba is, there's at least 5 more in the area with employees that don't act like they hate working there.

Boba drinks taste great, but the service is not friendly nor helpful. A drink was mistakenly ordered and instead of making the correct order. The worker asked if we wanted to order a new one.

After reading some of the recent bad reviews I have to say that the review from trung do doesn't make sense and sounds like they didn't understand what a buy two get one free is ?. Very rude to give a bad review because you can't understand how a promotion works . And seems they constantly give bad reviews for multiple businesses and people like this have nothing better to do than be negative. shaking boba is great new company that is working on their growth .

what just happened. we ate at Pho 45 restaurant and bought sugarcane juice at shaking boba every week. today was like usual. my uncle is old and doesn't know much English. he saw an advertisement for buy 2 get 1 free. then he said he wanted to buy 2 order each order is 2 cups. automatically he will get 2 cups free right? . but after eating at the restaurant and ready to get sugarcane juice he only got 4 cups. the lady said he only ordered 4 cups so she only made 4 cups. The lady tell him. he had to say order 6 cups so he got 2 free cups. does that make sense guys. then he got an american woman to help him and she agreed to make 2 free cups but he didn't take it. Shaking boba just lost his weekly customer. Making sure you need to make things clear when ordered from them.

If you love vietnamese coffee. This is it! I've never tried their boba drinks but their coffee is legit!

The bubble waffles are delicious whether it's just plain or you get any other filled with ice cream and toppings!!The staff is kind and welcoming!! They are also patient and if you need a suggestion they are always able to help.There is a wonderful variety of milk tea (with plenty of non-dairy alternatives for folks like me), smoothies, fruit teas and speciality drinks as well!! It's nice that they can remove the caffeine for my kiddos fruit tea. Everything I have tried here is amazing!!
Dietary restrictions: Finally another place to enjoy for those of us who are lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy.
Parking: It can get busy depending on the time of day as it shares a parking lot with Carbone's bar and grill and a few other restaurants and other businesses.

I only had room for one Boba by our friends did receive one of their teas!I had the Thai Pink Drink - which I was super excited for since I always get the “The Pink Drink” at Starbucks - and certainly enjoyed this one much more ;)
