I have realized I put the review on the wrong store so this is the correct store about a month ago I had a flat tire so I cannot put any air in it because I broken my hand so I went into the store and wondered if somebody be willing to help me immediately Nora the employee here was more than happy to go out and help me remove the cap off of my tire I come here all the time simply because of Nora another young gentleman that is always so friendly I live in Northfield and I work towards Minneapolis so there’s probably about 50 stores I could stop at, but I always stop here because they are both very kind and helpful every single time I need it highly highly recommend a store. You have a great employees and Nora and the other young gentleman I feel terrible I don’t know his name .

$12 car wash that was flooded so undercarriage wash did nothing and left 1/4 of the dirt on the back of my van. No refund, rewash or even apology. Maybe it would be worth $4. I could have done better at home.
Inside seemed clean and up to date, but there was no hot water for tea.

ZERO STARS*** the other one star reviews are true! Got charged twice for gas b/c their pump wasn't working. I asked for a refund, they told me it will go back automatically. A week later NOTHING. Wasting more of my time I went back to the gas station a week later & they stated they don't do a refund for gas at the store level. Conveniently the manager is once again not "in". So they gave me a corporate number to call & I had to be transferred 3x while explaining myself each time. Finally got a hold of the credit department. The rep tells me she needs to get in contact w/ the gas station manager to get permission to issue a refund. Original date of incident was 01/18. A week later now, I'm still getting the runaround with NO refund. If I don't get my refund by tomorrow I am going to call my bank for a charge back at your expense. How can you be so incompetent. Never again will I step foot at this place. I'm beyond frustrated.

The worst customer service. Car wash just quit 1/2 way through, wouldn’t refund me, just a re wash and told me to drive through again.. Even though it’s broken. :( it’s been broken before. I’m done going there. The manager was rude and gave attitude.

Ran through the car wash & the dryer never worked... went in to tell the cashier & she said Oh well, I don't know what to tell you. Awful customer service! A refund would have been appropriate.

“New” car wash does a terrible job. Leaves soap spots and hardly cleans. Don’t waste your money. Also, seems to always be an issue with Pay at the Pump credit card readers. Whether the receipt fails to print or it can’t read your card. You do not see the frequency of of those occurrences at other stations.
Staff constantly on their phones not paying attention. Customers shouldn't have to be the ones greeting staff in order to pull them away from their phones to get service.

I get gas & a car wash here every Monday & there’s always bags of trash just thrown in there — today there was a woman smoking in there talking on her phone & by the time I drove out my car smelled like cigarettes. Not only is smoking indoors in businesses illegal it’s just. . . weird and unprofessional.

$8 car wash for it to only spray my car with water & the dryer wasn’t even working.. Went inside to ask about the dryer & some brunette lady rudely replied “it’s not a good day for a car wash it’s gonna rain & I just got here so idk what’s working and what’s not”. I understand it’s not her fault the car wash deal is trash but don’t be a b*** about it. If you don’t know anything about the store let someone else handle the situation. Basically paid $8 to get btched out… oh and I own a garage so I’d like my car clean & dry before I put it away to protect from the rain :))
