Nice people! However. No menu & no bathroom. Seems like the whole point of Starbucks is to have a similar experience. At each one. This location should be labeled as drive through or pickup only. And it they are going to spill caramel all over the cup then at least have a sink to wash hands.

I am never coming here again!! I will take my business to caribou I am pretty sure they treat minorities way better!! I came in with my friend who is a minority and he was treated very poorly! The cashier had the most stank face! We over heard his name is chase and I will never step into a Starbucks again if this is who they hire!

Staff is super unfriendly!! Feel like just because I am a person of color they had a problem when I was ordering! The ones name I overheard them call him was Chase. He had a stank face on the whole entire time & was just flat out rude like it was an issue or problem to take care of a customer. Have never ever felt so discriminated at a Starbucks before going to this one. First time there & I will never be back & I will let all my friends know not to go there.
Chase should learn common courtesy & decency before let to work there

The staff is always very very friendly at this location! I try to remember to get off the freeway during my commute just to stop here. They make my Iced Caramel Macchiato to perfection! Thank you to the staff around the lunch hour! :)

Went through the drive thru, and a nice lady was helping me. I asked for a seasonal drink, and she explained that it was no longer available. I asked her how this could be since they make customized drinks. She started to explain why and a manager or supervisor interrupted her and said rudely, we don't have that anymore. She was rude and then rolled her eyes when I went up to the window. If you are irritated with customers, you don't get to be rude to them.

Waited in the cafe after ordering mobile order.. no seats although they have plenty of space

We love doing the mobile orders just for ease of our order being what we like and going through the drive thru. EVERY time we do an order and then go through the drive thru they like to remind us that we need to give them more time from placing the order to going through the drive through (it's never an instant thing we do, always while on the way). This is the only Starbucks that does it, I think the others understand that there is no difference between me ordering in mobile app and picking up and going through the drive through and ordering on the spot. I would think the mobile gives them more time or at least an exact order of what we want instead of explaining it all over mic.

Telling us we have to wait five minutes if we place a mobile is against what your app and corporate are telling us. Truly no different than if I ordered right from the (empty) drive thru, only this way my order is written and staff can't miscommunicate it. Also maybe consider grabbing a manager when there is an issue instead of closing the window on a customer.

I’m puzzled about why they’ve removed all of the indoor seating and menus. They had a cash register and were selling things like coffee and knickknacks, but they didn’t appear to want walk-ins. It’s like they only wanted pre-orders/Doordash, etc. Meanwhile the drive thru line was more than 10 cars deep. While I appreciate the convenience of drive thru, sometimes I prefer the personal touch and homey feel of a coffee shop that invites one to stay a while. This isn’t it. Maybe they’re in the process of finalizing a remodel?

If you want your drink to taste different every single time, this is the place for you. I've never had so much inconsistency on a coffee frappe, it tastes completely different every time. Pretty impressive.

Usually have a 10/10 experience here, but today was not it. Got a lecture about why I need to put my pickup order in 5-10mins ahead of time & the coffee I ordered was wrong anyways. I hate hate hate complaining but the experience today made me feel uncomfortable. Went to a different starbucks to get the correct drink because I didn’t want to be met with anymore lectures or conflict. I’ll admit the pickup order I made didn’t process as fast as usual, but it doesn’t excuse the poor service. Disappointing.
