The staff is always very very friendly at this location! I try to remember to get off the freeway during my commute just to stop here. They make my Iced Caramel Macchiato to perfection! Thank you to the staff around the lunch hour! :)
I’m puzzled about why they’ve removed all of the indoor seating and menus. They had a cash register and were selling things like coffee and knickknacks, but they didn’t appear to want walk-ins. It’s like they only wanted pre-orders/Doordash, etc. Meanwhile the drive thru line was more than 10 cars deep. While I appreciate the convenience of drive thru, sometimes I prefer the personal touch and homey feel of a coffee shop that invites one to stay a while. This isn’t it....
I had a mobile order put in before going to work. Both drinks were made wrong, but I called and the server named Nina was very apologetic. She even offered to remake the drinks and deliver them to my work! That is going above and beyond to make sure her customers are satisfied. The remade drinks were correct and amazing! Thank you for your exceptional service Nina!
