Starbucks. 11:15am'ish Sat. 10/13 My husband ordered an iced coffee with heavy whipping cream to make it light colored and Stevia for me and a cookie Frappuccino for himself. Mine had liquid sugar AND Stevie in it. So grossly sweet it was undrinkable. Then half and half, not heavy cream. This was after he repeated the order 3x. Then she had the iced coffee with a dollop of whipping cream on it. So explained again. He was to get 50 bonus stars due to his drink. She couldn't figure out how to do it, so told him he couldn't have them!? Plus, she overcharged for my drink by 1.10!! For something undrinkable!!

The girl that was working this morning was very rude, not personable, and got our order all wrong. When attempting to get her attention at the counter, she walked away and I was so upset I left. Usually we have good experiences but this morning was horrible. We ended up tossing the two drinks because she left out the syrup and the cinnamon as requested. Not a happy person this morning especially after paying $13.
