Mediocre coffee at best, drive thru lines are unbelievably long & the customer service was absent. I won’t be back here again. Today, it was almost 25 min in line to pay $6 for a small coffee. I work hard for my money too & Starbuck’s will not get any more of it.
The Baristas at this location struggled to make a simple drink today, specifically an 11 pump chai tea latte. I guess in my head you should get the drink you pay for, not the one they “think” you should have. Trust me, I know it’s annoying, but it’s how I like it. Charge what you want - I just want it made right. I know what it’s supposed to taste like because I get it regularly - 11 pumps of chai should taste like 11 pumps not 4.
