They need to get new staff or retrain their staff. I worked at starbucks and I genuinely don’t know how it takes them so long to get stuff out. I usually do a mobile order yet every time I get there which is 10 minutes after I place my order, they have to make my drink while im at the window and 9 times out of 10 they forget the pumpkin spice topping on the cold foam. At my location we were taught to prioritize mobile orders and constantly keep our drive times low, yet every-time i'm here the person at the window seems to be standing around fidgeting waiting for the baristas (which they always have plenty of) to finish the drinks. They need to retrain these people because this is the slowest starbucks I have ever been to, especially for a morning crew, they need to know how to do fast service for morning rushes. so disappointing, today was my last day coming here.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Drive thru of 8 cars took over 20 minutes, not sure how thats possible and the workers were rude. I would recommend to management to encourage the business to run more efficiently and teach customer service.

The customer service here is terrible, went in the afternoon and just seems the girl that was taking my order (drive thru) was trying to make fun of something along with girl that was giving me my order ( the one with the fake tan) I asked if they could warm up my food and when the drive thru girl came to give it to me she rolled her eyes with her big eyelashes that seemed to almost go flying off lol. They were just rude childish and unprofessional

Charged for two drinks when we only ordered one. When we asked if we were charged for two they assured us we weren’t. Looked at the bank statement and we were charged for two drinks. They blamed it on being short staffed. This location is extremely slow. They also didn’t greet me today when I stood there to put in an order (my bad for going back but we were getting gas so it was most convenient) I just walked out. Not worth it. I get that you can be busy but I was the only one in store, didn’t even get a “be right with you” just ignored completely. My advice is to go to any of the surrounding Starbucks or if you can tapestry coffee in downtown Lakeville is so good!

I wish I could give more because there are some employees there who are genuinely nice, and have wonderful customer service. However most of the time I go there I am always over charged for my drink. I can order my typical order on the app and it's $5.14, if I go here and order it it's $6.87. sometimes they correct it and sometimes they don't. However this morning when I was in a young man with blonde hair immediately cut me off when asking, and when I showed him how in the app it's aich different price he huffed and puffed, rolled his eyes and said there's nothing they can do. He also tried arguing with me that it was a previous drink order, even tho I just just made the order on my phone. It was then very obvious that him and another female worker, brown hair and glasses were talking about me. Overall this place isn't enjoyable to visit, you get overcharged and the customer service is downright rude and hostile.

Visited friday at about 5:00pm for the half off drink deal, only for the lady to tell me u don’t offer it at this location which was not the case 2 weeks ago when I last came in foe the half off drink. Whatever, i only came here bcuz its closest to where I live but every time i did my drink was ALWAYS made wrong anyways. This is your warning to not come to this bucks

Might be the worst Starbucks personally encountered. The coffee is coffee, but will go out of the way to avoid this location in the future.

Certainly not a good location for meeting or having discussions as the overly dramatic staff seem to be in their own world.

About 1% of the time they make your coffee right and get it out the door before 20 minute mark, even when nobody is in line. Been a 3 month habit, if you have places to be, this is not the stop, hit up the one more north in AppleValley, you’ll thank

Ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and it came to me anemic as hell and there’s caramel all over the side as well. It didn’t taste at all like caramel.
