I'd give it 0 stars if possible. Online orders are consistently late. And not just 5-10 minutes late, 20+ minutes all the time. I've gone in person before and they were out of bread?! They consistently have one person working during dinner rush hour.
Management is an absolute joke. Hopefully Corporate shuts this one down...

Picked up a catered meal. Realized that the order did not have a lactose free sandwich for the groom. We forgot to mention this on our order.The employee kindly made a special sub just for the groom as we were on a time crunch. Thank you for being awesome.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! If I could give zero stars, I WOULD!!!
I ordered online, and went into the store, to pick up by order; Little did I know that nobody had even started my order, let alone, had it ready for me! I should’ve known that IDIOT teenagers were working that shift! And the one that was there the whole entire time(who should’ve been making my food) FORGOT TO???!! I know teenagers are stupid, irresponsible, ditsy, and not considerate, but REALLY??! I was shocked he even got this job, if he could be easily distracted?!! Because there was no customers, it was completely empty, except for me, and this stupid teenager couldn’t do a simple thing; HIS JOB!!! DON’T go to this store! Go to a different one! Or just don’t go to Subways anymore! Go somewhere else, where they won’t forget to make your food!!!

I stopped for dinner and Jeramie was really friendly and made sure my sandwiches were made with perfection. He did an amazing job handling the rush he had as well and was making sure all customers were happy.

Have been going to location for years. Even worked there once. Over the past few years the employees have been HORRIBLE at making the sandwiches neat. They're always a mess.HOWEVER today, April 2nd, whoever the gentleman working at 330pm on Tuesday was FANTASTIC. Very socialable and polite. And ONE OF THE BEST SANDWICHES I've ever seen prepped. Now I get WHOPPER of a sub. ? Portioned great. Got veggies and meat with every bite. Was well put together and fresh. Didn't catch your name but if you ever read this, thank you for serving me today give that guy a raise yall

WATCH YOUR BILL: When I paid, their card reader AUTOMATICALLY ADDED A TIP without my permission. As I tapped my contactless card, I saw the total go up. I showed it to the guy behind the counter, told him I didn’t authorize the tip. Given, there was a growing line of customers (it took over twenty minutes for the two guys working the counter to serve 5 customers) but he didn’t offer to correct the “mistake”. It’s really more like theft. I tried calling to speak with a manager but nobody picked up.The food was fine. It’s Subway. I don’t appreciate you taking more money than we agreed upon. I recommend you go somewhere else. We sure will.

The closing kids were making my sandwich right before closing and the boy making my sandwich touched a bunch of stuff with the same gloves he used to make my sandwich. Going to the back room touching the door with the same gloves twice and touching whatever is in the back with the gloves then coming back to continue to make my sandwich. Very gross and unsanitary.

As a former subway worker, clearly the management here needs lots of work. I walked in and got my sandwich which was absolutely a good one and the boy who made it for me had such a good attitude and was very nice but sadly, it seemed like he could use more training and a coworker to work with. So tell me why he was working all by himself?! There was bread over baking in the oven just left in there. He did say he just turned the oven off and knew about it. My guess he didn’t get enough training on bread which isn’t his fault. Also he was stuck with a consistent amount of customers coming in and online orders. So there was customers waiting for their online orders wondering what was the hold up, but seemed like he didn’t realize he could make online orders before waiting on the people in line. It took everything in me to not get back there and help him out as a former subway assistant manager. I just felt so bad for him working all by himself. Do better!!! Just want to clarify he did really good job waiting on customers, was very patient and kept a smile on his face. He deserves a better job elsewhere.

The servers were rude and inattentive. They refused to get fresh vegetables when you could clearly see that they were was brown and partly frozen. There was hardly anything on the sandwich and all I could taste was the hard bread. The pricing was OUTRAGEOUS!! Never ever going there again.
