Whoever is working Sunday, December 7, 2025 when a customer walks in you do not blow cause you’re standing in front of the counter playing on your phone. If the employee does not wanna work quit go home. I would have spent $60 but with an attitude like that, I will not shop there

I was disappointed staff were young didn't appear to listen to customer very well looked to be confused items on line of food were mixed together pop was not filled properly an staff disappeared as soon as food was paid for not very friendly , felt as if we were inconvenient to them, for entering the building, won't visit this store again

Parking: Tired of employees acting like customers are bothering them. That they don't have to do work, pop machine was dirty n had hair on dispenser, yuck !!!

Walk in 30 minutes before 22:00 and got refused to be served. Wet floors (just cleaned) vegetable section was picked clean as much as meat. I’ve been told that they are closed. Owner, do something about this. Cut the working hours for that team. You are the one who loses the money. 02/24/25 21:33

the dining area was fine, although out of the four tables they had available for seating, three of them were dirty. all the employees seemed high out of their mind and completely unaware. they were “out” of flatbread but we watched them bring it up from the back for mobile orders. we watched them burn sandwiches, and the ingredients in the station were mixed and cross contaminated. workers were so out of it and when they would come up from the back, the area would fill with the stench of weed. they nearly forgot our dipper which we had to wait for because they had to “thaw” it. overall very disappointed with the service and employees.

Not the first time I walk in and order a Footlong on Italian herbs and cheese, and hear we are out. Tough to believe when I see it on the rack but ok. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I don't write reviews often, but this place is so terrible that I finally had to. A couple weeks ago I ordered subs off the app for pick up; When I got home, the subs had meat and cheese on them, but all of the toppings were skipped. I did hear back from the manager and got a gift card. I just used that gift card tonight and both my subs were wrong. Both of the subs had completely wrong toppings on them, to the point where they weren't even edible for us. This location has made every order of mine wrong, but it was usually just the wrong type of cheese or something small, so I never reached out. But the last two times have been an absolute horrible experience with the subs not even being close to correct. It's got to the point where I will drive further to go to another location. I do not recommend this location.

Raw bacon on my daughter’s sub, staff didn’t know how to make the sandwich and couldn’t be bothered to look at board and what goes on it. Also charged to full size but my daughter only had a half.

Atmosphere was fine, but I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered a toasted sandwich, and it came out burnt. I thought the employee would see it was burnt and remake it, but she just continued. The sandwich very clearly was burnt, it wasn’t just crispy. I also asked for a foot long pretzel, which tasted alright, but the process of getting it was very frustrating. The man before me got one, so I knew the time it took to make. Despite this, I waited two or three times more than the amount he did. Finally I went up and asked if they were still making it, and I was met with the response “oh, it’s thawing. Did you pay already?” I have no problem with a little service delay, but I was very frustrated with the fact that no one told me that my pretzel had to be thawed.

I frequent this subway and never have an issue, received the wrong sandwich last week but I came in and Aiden was very helpful and fixed the issue right away. One of the better subways I've been to.

It’s a Subway, but this location is not worth the $20.00 harassment fee by their inept security to eat lunch there extorting patrons for parking in their lot.
