Horribly slow service. 1 other person in the store at 4:10 pm, and it still took them 40 minutes to make my order. I strongly advise that you choose a different option. The manager should be ashamed of his employees.

Subway should really pay attention.The gentleman that was working there that night was great.He was the only one on and had to fill all the orders by himself He was slammed by online orders. People walking IN . He was doing the best he can and it was great. Subway. Pay attention, you got a good worker there. Did I mention I talked with the with him as he worked? And he had a great attitude.

This evening I ordered dinner for me and my children on the subway app. There was a coupon for 3 footlongs for 17.99 which i used to place my order. Not only was my sandwich made incorrectly, the numbers didn't work out for the deal including taxes. Something seemed a little fishy. I called and the young man (who is always an absolute treat) asked me to come back and remade my sandwich. He was wonderful. Then as I was talking about the strange price discrepancy a woman who I am assuming is either the owner or management chimed in and explained they have no control over the app which after I got home I found it not to be true. Vote with your money. A franchise just stole from me and they'll steal from you too.

This location always seems to be struggling with poor staffing and the drive thru kiosk is always broken. The last few times I came here it took 20+ minutes to get my order. I used to get subway pretty regularly but I won’t be coming back to this location.

Got charged for double cheese on my BMT when I only got two half slices on a 6 inch. Also asked for military discount because we used to always get it at this location. Employee told me ok, then I noticed on my receipt I didn’t receive. Manager came out and told me they don’t give it. If you decide to change your policy and not give it fine, but I shouldn’t be told by the employee I would get it if that’s not the case. Disappointed at how this store is turning out.

I ordered a veggie delight sandwich online. After returning home with my order, I found my sandwich consisted of two leaves of spinach, three black olives, no cheese (which I ordered) and a lot of Baja chipotle sauce (when I asked for light sauce). It was as if they forgot to finish my sandwich or just gave up on it. I was very disappointed that I wasted my money.
Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian options are the veggie delight sandwich, salad, or wrap.

This is by far the worst subway in the area. Waited 25 mins while the ONLY employee made online orders in front of 3 waiting customers. Bread is NOT FRESH and toppings are mixed. Subs are OVERPRICED you can get a better tasting sub anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN and I used to go there a couple times a week. Everything fell apart when they fired the only good manager a while back.

While the bustling location wasn't what drew me in, the unmistakable sheen of yellow and green seemed the choice for the evening. Now I can only speculate at the on goings of a mid western suburban Subway; but I can say eating bread from the morning was pretty challenging when the dusty texture of the bread no longer holds a sandwich together. Check the bread before ordering. And wake them up when you stop in, make them laugh if you can so they have some fun.

Awesome food. We go there very many times. More than we like. lol. The food is good. We like the fresh sandwiches there. And the service is mostly friendly, but I would say could be improved. The Lakeville location near Dodd is mostly good but I’m talking about generally. Because I have had not so nice experiences at a few subway stations than I would like.

Inside was real nice and clean. The 2 guys working on Saturday 10/19 at 6pm were very nice, helpful and great customer service. Give them a raise! I think this store as far as the buisness itself, perfect.
But unfortunately subway sandwiches in the entire subway franchise have just gone downhill. They just don't even taste like the meat their supposed to be anymore. Just salt. The veggies had little flavor and the bread was bland. I used to love each part of the sub but the last few times I've gotten subway it just doesn't hit the spot like it used too.

Husband loves the cookies and not a single one was in the case. When he asked the girl if they had any, she simply said "nope" and walked away.

Went through the drive thru and orded my food. Pulled up to the window and was ignored for 15 minutes. I understand they were busy, but at least a check in or taking payment would have been appreciated. Then the sandwich was made wrong.
