We pulled up to order out food it was not a person it’s that ai that was the worst servive the food was wrong it was HORRIBLE I WILL NERE GO THERE AGAIN I DO NOT SUPPORT AI

I pulled up to the restaurant and they didn’t have anybody in line or in the store and it seemed like they were in a rush to get me out of the store and when I get home to unwrap my taco I find it beat up and falling though the bottom terrible customer service if you ask me and I will not be coming back here in the future they also asked if I wanted to donate a dollar and I said no but I was still charged the extra dollar and when I went to pay with cash I gave them money and when I went to get exact change she already put cashed me out giving me a lot of change that I didn’t want

Great food....the AI order machine at the drive-thru is an absolute disaster. This is no way to treat any human Taco Bell, sure it's cheaper and you get to pay employees less money and have less humans work for you but it's despicable and ridiculous at taking my order. I'm embarrassed for humanity and Taco Bell.... Do better no AI drive-throughs.

I went through the drive through and after I paid they told me to pull around to the front of the building and wait there for my food and they would run it out to me. They did about 8 minutes later. Other than that no issues.

My gf and I went through the drive-thru around 5 pm or so and just got a classic luxe box and a supreme luxe box and they didnt give us the chicken chalupa supreme and the standard hard shell that it comes with and i didnt check the bag before driving off. Food is almost always good when you get the correct menu items. They were also randomly handing out free freeze drinks and i had to wait for the food which is fine but it was still wrong which this place usually does mess up my order even though i havent been to this specific one in a few years they still manage to do it

Gone to it twice and first time they were out of beef, chicken and steak despite being 2 hours from close. Tried again tonight and they were “out of all food so we’re just closed”

Visited on 8/6/25 around 12:30 pm. The Food, Service, and Quality where all exemplary. The workers were both nice and professional with the store also being very clean. Its refreshing to see that in the fast food industry and I wish I could do more for the hardworking employees than just leave a good review.

We got combo #8 Supreme, all 3 tacos almost half empty. I called and spoke with manager - unbelivable, young boy manager said: we made them that way, one spoon.....
l feel like that's my fault...

I door dashed for a classic lux box meal and a steak quesadilla for $20+ and the idiot workers gave my dasher a bag with a label that had my order on it yet inside there were 4 cinnamon balls and a pack of cinnamon twist in it not what I ordered. I called to talk to a manager there yet they told me on the phone it's not their fault and that I have to contact door dash to resolve the issue. Be careful when ordering from this location they lack customer support.
