At around 9:55am I placed a mobile order for pickup and the older gentleman that helped me out at the window had exceptional service. He was very nice and respectful and made sure everything in my order was correct. This guy deserves a raise. We need more people like him in the world. I wasn’t able to catch his name but if you know who I’m talking about, give him so praise.

Went through the drive-through, ordered my food as normal paid and left no issues. I got home and started eating my food and took a bite of my taco and a giant chunk of blue plastic came out in my mouth from my taco. I don’t know how on earth theyd miss that. I couldnt drive all the way back for a refund and called to make sure they knew it happened and that they need to be careful because it literally came out in the bite in my mouth. And not even a sorry, just said “you can come back for the refund.” Like im expecting at least an explanation or reassurance they’ll check it out. Just gross.

The two things that's consistent about this location is that your can 100% guarantee the food will never be right and you'll get 20+ packs of hot sauce... Every time we go, something's wrong... Ordered a crunchwrap, they forget the meat, order TWO chalupas, one doesn't have cheese or tomatoes... YOU LITERALLY BUILD THEM SIDE BY SIDE... I should just keep editing this post to document every time we go to show for bad it is... I'd rather just stop going altogether and drive 2x the distance to go to Taco John's instead...

I sat for a really long time in the drive thru not expecting the dining room to still be open at 11:45pm so I went through the drive through to pick up an Uber order, I already waited 30+ mins in the line only to be told I have to come in to get it and they couldn't just hand it out the window???? That is ridiculous and a waste of time and just really rude to make the customer wait longer for their order to be dropped off. Get real.

Got an order for mobile pickup. Didn’t give me my cup but there was no one at counter. I waited while all the “cooks” (three Hispanic ladies all talking to each other in Spanish) never bothered to tell the guy that worked to register to come up cause someone was. And then I get home and we look at our food and it’s all wrong. I asked for no tomatoes with anything that came with tomatoes, as I have a friend that is allergic, but we wanted to share everything. Not only did the things that normally come with tomatoes have them but things that don’t come with them had a few. My “expensive” grilled steak burrito had three pieces of steak. Not jokingly but literally counted. I can’t personally attest for the taste or freshness of anyone else’s food I didn’t feel like trying. I don’t do to Taco Bell for “good food” but with a new McDonald’s coming up down the road that will definitely be my new go to shitty fast food.
Come on . Why aftercevery time do i check my order n. When I don't you give me 3 soft tacos no Chulupa nor 5 layer but double nachos... why is it taco bell is o lying establishment you 100 percent got to check your order... co n e on your getting paid enough not for this to consistently happen

This is the first time I’m ever leaving a review. I have no problem with the morning and mid day staff. They always make everything right in a timely manner. However almost every single time I go at night they always miss something and I don’t find it till I get home. Whether that be chips or sauces packets. I feel like I should get what I payed for instead of paying extra for specific things and not getting them.
