Moved to the area and excited to find our favorite pizza joint. I created a Toppers account and ordered a pizza for carry out. When we arrived they told him there was no order, even when we showed the email and tracking they said they couldn't help. In turn the staff told us we can place another order and they'll make it. Sure, that'd be a fine option if they either put it to the front of the line or comped the meal. Instead we waited for 40 minutes for the pizza, in store, and left paying full price. Surely disappointed with the service given the circumstances. The disconnect was on the company side, not the consumer side. Unfortunate to say the least.

This is a solid spot for pizza, not the best, but still pretty good. The service is friendly, a bit slow, but they're doing their best. The pizza was a bit greasy, but the flavor was on point.

Cashier taking money was going back and handling dough..didn’t wash his hands while going back and forth. He also appeared to have a head cold. We saw him blow his noise and continue to work with the food. If I didn’t have guests at the house, I would have asked for my money back. It was disgusting. I live a block away, but will not go back…Sorry! The pizza is excellent, though.

Tried this place for the first time, the pizza was good. As a mushroom lover I was disappointed in the amount of mushrooms advertised vs what I got ratio. Wild mushroom pizza is advertised to be loaded with various mushrooms, but nevertheless was pretty good. I ordered online and had a smooth check out and pick up experience. Curious about the Mac and Cheese pizza… It was pleasant to see vegan and vegetarian options. Worth of checking out 💫
The last handful of times we've ordered from here, more often than not the order was wrong. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas. One had our name on it but wrong toppings, the other one had someone else's name on it...wrong toppings obviously. Kinda frustrating.

Toppers Pizza never disappoints! The Stinger Pizza is absolutely delicious—perfectly spicy and flavorful. I had a little mishap yesterday with a pan pizza, but Andrew went above and beyond to make things right. His assurance and commitment to great service left me impressed, and when I opened the box today, I couldn’t help but smile. We order from Toppers all the time at work, and they always deliver (literally and figuratively). There’s no reason to go anywhere else! Keep up the great work, Toppers team!
