Went and order a #2 and 2 #7s. We went through the drive thru. We got all 3 drinks and 3 fries and 2 sandwiches. We live 15 min away. When I called the guy asked me to come back and get it. Seriously wasn't offered to be sent coupons or anything other than come back and get a new sandwich. I spent $46 on this... please do better! For the amount of money it cost you should be double checking orders. I would have been fine if I would have gotten a wrong sandwich but not to receive 3 was a disappointment.

I would give zero stars to this restaurant. I went through the drive thru at 1:30 for lunch. A little slow. Got my food and drove home which is about 5 minutes away. The food was cold and I had ordered the new salted caramel frosty and I got a chocolate frosty instead (which I do not care for). Very disappointed and I will not visit this place again.

Honestly from the other reviews it seemed pretty bad but after I got my food and everything, all of it tasted really good I would go there again, the customer service wasn't too bad either I was delighted to see the employees were really nice, and most importantly no order mistakes! I do not have any complaints about this place whatsoever.

Second time here and once again wrong order. Missing bacon on burger and no sauce on order for saucy nuggets. They also handed me the bag and didn’t say a word so I sat there awkwardly waiting to know if the order was even done and when nobody came back to window left.

Once again this location managed to forget food on my order. Even went inside this time and ordered to go. They forgot the sandwich on the combo order. I’ll re try this location about every 6 months to see if it gets better but it doesn’t. Generally 4-5 people working and only 2-3 customers being serviced between both the drive thru and dinner yet they still seemed overwhelmed. I should have walked out before ordering when the guy in front of me was complaining about missing an item. Maybe this is there way of increasing there profits??
