Stopping by while on vacation with my fiancée and it's both of our first times here. She got a chicken wrap with some onion rings and I got a chicken mashed potato bowl with corn and gravy and a side of fries. The food was fresh and came out in a reasonable time. For a mom and pop shop, this place plus the vibes and the kind service of the waitresses were awesome and supports the small town well. Don't forget to mention the replica of the diner. The young lady put a lot of time and effort into it!

Sat here for an hour and a half with no food. Other tables that came in after us got food before us. Kid's chocolate milk sat on the counter for 20 minutes until we asked for it, even then they handed out a few random items to tables before kids got their drinks. No communication, no apologies, not a care in the world about our table. Never once got rude or pushy, but this was one of the worst srvice situations I have ever had.

We have either eaten in, or gotten take-out a few times and it has almost always been great. Service can be a bit wonky at times, depending on what's going on (and, I need to give some grace on that because we always have 6+ people). It's a nice, clean, friendly diner located in a place that is probably tough to run a restaurant.
