Unfortunately the ice cream was very freezer burned. Very disappointing. Granted, it is February, but if you are going to stay open for the winter, please make sure your ice cream is fresh.

Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing time and we were welcomed by friendly wait staff. Ordered a couple of paninis and they were excellent! Fresh veggies, and toasted to perfection. Clean, comfortable and welcoming - everything you'd expect and want in Lanesboro. Will be a return customer.

Work brought me to Lanesboro. This place and Pedal Pushers were recommended. There was a line of about 5 people. Some were getting ice cream. I ordered a $9.50 Turkey Panini sandwich. I ordered it without caramelized onions. It also contained garlic aioli, cheddar cheese, spinach, and tomato. Chips also came with it. The reason this is 4/5 is that the lunch meat portion was super skimpy. There was literally 2 pieces of lunch meat on it. For $10.50, I could have chosen 3 meats. Usually, I only eat half, but the portion was skimpy, so I ate it all. They also had homemade pizza, salads, and blue cow ice cream from Madison, WI. I know they cater to the bike riders from the root river trail, but perceived value wasn't there. Makes me miss Breakers more in Harmony. Next time, I'll try Pedal Pushers.

We ordered a pizza here. We were actually going to order two individual pizzas but the girl at the till said it's cheaper to do half and half on a 12-in. Don't find that kind of honesty in a restaurant too often! Their credit card reader was down and it turned out that the whole town was down so luckily we had cash to pay for the pizza! It was very good as well. We would definitely come back here if we are down in Lanesboro again.

Fun, upbeat environment that thrives on its ice cream based roots. We came for their vegetarian friendly food. My egg salad sandwich was excellent! I ordered it with the suggested toppings of lettuce, provolone, tomatoes, onions, olive oil sauce on super soft whole wheat bread. Surprisingly great combo! My companions throughly enjoyed their taco pizza as well. Service for the food was a little slow, but the care that was given to our fresh made food was well worth it. If you’re in Lanesboron, give Clara’s Eatery a stop.

Perfect grilled cheese sandwich and lovely fresh fruit (kiwi, cherries, blueberries & strawberries) for lunch; my partner thought his turkey sandwich was excellent. Friendly, quick service in a bright and clean space. We will go back again.

We split a carnivore pizza and it was delicious! Great spot to grab a bite and sit in booth and people watch out the front window. Looked like they had some awesome ice-cream flavors as well.
The shop smells wonderful from all the baked treats! I had an ice cream cone... Very good flavors!

Mostly came for the ice cream (Chocolate Shoppe ice cream gets me every time). We ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza first, and it was really great! My husband was pumped that pickles were on the side, not the pizza. It was delicious and baked really well. Crispy thin crust. Then we got the ice cream, and Chocolate Shoppe never disappoints. All in all, the place is bright and cute, food was great, and so was the service. We'll be back!
