Impromptu overnight trip to Lanesboro and found Junipers because it was across the street from where we were staying. It ended up being opening night and after going and listening to the other guests, it seems we were lucky to get our last minute reservation.Food was amazing. I had the street tacos and the flavors were incredible. My husband loved his burger and he's much pickier than I am. The pie at the end was the best. We're definitely talking a day trip on our motorcycles to come back this summer... Maybe multiple times

What a lovely surprise. We enjoyed the combination of interesting and good-quality and delicious food with ease of service only more elegantly delivered. A unique hybrid. The owners, Ame and Tyler, are additive to Lanesboro and formative to it, too, I think.

Fantastic food, excellent atmosphere with some of the best staff you'll find anywhere. And get this. Above all else. A real chef! A damn good one who knows how to balance flavors and texture. This is a must stop and eat spot. A+++

Food is excellent and order was delivered timely. What would make our dining experience a 5-star would be to be waited on. Also, I would love to see a couple more choices added to the menu.

Best mushroom soup ever!! My husband and I were impressed with the amazing food and outgoing hospitality! The staff is friendly and fun, the atmosphere is lively but somewhat romantic with small candles and the decor minimalistic with rustic tables and chairs. The menu might seem limited but understandably so because they seem to focus on the delectable items offered. Don't forget to get the mushroom soup! It's out of this world! We will be back next time we are in town. Just go, you won't be disappointed. Kindest regards, The Rockswolds

Just go! Sweet couple own this and provide a first rate culinary experience! Reservations recommended. Limited menu that rotates with local seasonal availability, but multiple choices. Indoor seating upstairs, outdoor patio. Nice selection of beverages!

A great dinner with nice ambience on a crisp fall evening. Outdoor heaters on the deck made it comfortable and the food was delicious. Nice wine offerings that paired well. The “fast casual” format worked even for the nicely executed, chef-centric menu.

Fantastic food. The best mushroom soup I've ever had. My only constructive feedback is that I wished there was an option for indoor seating on cool weather weekday evenings. It was really windy and cool when we were there. The heat lamps couldn't offset that. Otherwise the patio views are great.

Het diner was prima, kleine tafeltjes voor 2 personen, is niet praktisch. Wel heel mooi gelegen. Pasta was heel lekker met garnalen.

Amazing food and atmosphere! I felt as if I was eating with family. The menu was explained with details descriptions. The meal was spot on with flavors and the pie to end the meal was delicious! I highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Know before you go..you are your own waitstaff! For your food, beverage and dessert you go to the counter to order. There is a water station to get your own water. The food was good., a bit pricey...$24.00 for ala carte ravioli. $10.00 cocktail. The confusing part is what to leave for a tip when in fact you are virtually your own wait staff? My husband has difficulty walking so it was difficult to carry his own beverage. Also we were placed next to a busy service door which made us feel even less cared for.

The food is good and the service here very impressive. They are short-staffed but still maintain amazing service. I hope to come back here. My only single small complaint is that I like my fries crisper than they served. However their fries are within the range a reasonable.Parking: Lots of street parking but the parking near the restaurant can get full in the small town during tourist season.Wheelchair accessibility: They have plenty of seating on their first floor which would be wheelchair accessible.

Oh my gosh, I don’t have enough space to share all the good comments! We started with Negroni’s and the delicious fresh green beans appetizer. Then we had tasty beet and green salad with the best goat cheese I have ever tasted! We also enjoyed the mushroom soup and hamburger. We topped off the dinner with the best apple pie! My advice is to make reservations for a wonderful experience!

Gourmet dining in a casual, lovely setting. Best cheese curds we've had in the whole state. Hubs had the carrot salad with chicken and loved it. I had the beet salad with shrimp - excellent! Next time I would probably ask for the dressing on the side. But the flavors melded well, and the shrimp was plump and warm. Loved it. Even better than the food was the service. Even though it's counter service, the staff went above and beyond to serve us. We're definitely coming back!

The food is incredibly delicious here: we tried the fried cauliflower, bruschetta, burger, salmon (!), and "pasta of the moment" and they were all perfectly cooked and so tasty. The cocktails were also delicious and the wine list is very short but good. You can't beat the beautiful view of the river. We had a large group and were unable to be seated together unfortunately (but were able to make a reservation for our large group.. it was strange).
