Honestly we walked in and we were excited to sit down to some home cooked food. "Home cooked food" was far from what we got. My stomach after looking at my plate " said use caution". Gross!! Second of all.. A cat in a restaurant is a big no no, how do you pass health inspection. Don't make eye contact with the cat, it will jump up in your seat. And friendly, ummm no. And the flies, just gross. The only pleasant thing about that place was the young girls working. They were very pleasant and friendly. I think next time I'll just wait in the line at the Blue Note. Super disappointing.

If you ever swinging through the town and you get a chance, you need to stop by this place, but you better make sure that Mary Kay is working. Probably one of the most amazing individuals I have ever encountered in my life. She’s got a heart of gold and spunky as hell. She’ll make your day worth everything. Trailer Trash Hash that she has been making for 25 years, absolutely delicious! Left with a lot of laughs and a belly full of food. Even got some “Dumb Blonde” cookies, should have gone with the “Ebony and Ivory” lol. This place will not disappoint ❤️

Mary kay is a jerk has no sense of community or customer service. Extremely rude to us.I hope the economy destroys your restaurant.They have no hospitality. If your from out of town DO NOT GO! Also they are cheap restaurant and do not except debit card or credit card only. It makes me think. They are selfish and untrustworthy. No menus with prices.You DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS. I hope this tells your future customers how terrible this place is. There's at least 5 other place better then this place by far.

What a hidden gem of a cafe! Mary Kate’s pancakes are the best I’ve ever eaten. My son & I prefer them with extra chocolate chips! Choosing between sweet or savory breakfast is always a challenge so I opt for the “Lost Boys” pretty much every time (Ham & Cheese Omelette, hash browns, and a short stack). If there are any baked goods available I’d recommend scooping those up as well! If you’re in the area, stop by! It’s also located just off of the Dakota Rail Trail, so a long bike ride, broken up by a delicious meal, would make for an excellent adventure any day!

Two of us stopped for breakfast. Neither of us could finish because the portions were huge. Fresh, made from scratch food, even the bread was homemade. Can't wait to go back! Bring cash! No cards accepted!
