I was referred to Goals Nutrition after I mentioned I was looking for protein shake options. The shake and tea were so yummy. I am little dubious the shake was only 200 calories. However, the turtle cheesecake shake was super good and I will definitely be returning.

Goals nutrition’s staff is absolutely wonderful! They serve you with a smile each time you come in! Their service is fast and they always have tons of drink options to choose from! I always come here when I need a midday pick me up!

I love this place! It's my favorite stop every time I'm in Litchfield. The shakes and teas are delicious. The coaches are friendly. I've lost 15lbs with the great coaching provided.
