Love everything from The lifted teas to the shakes. The teas give you a bunch of energy without the crash or the mega calories. If it’s not on the menu just tell them what you want and they usually can make it!. Love the people too!
I was referred to Goals Nutrition after I mentioned I was looking for protein shake options. The shake and tea were so yummy. I am little dubious the shake was only 200 calories. However, the turtle cheesecake shake was super good and I will definitely be returning.

Goals nutrition’s staff is absolutely wonderful! They serve you with a smile each time you come in! Their service is fast and they always have tons of drink options to choose from! I always come here when I need a midday pick me up!
