9/12/24 absolutely wonderful food with the sweetest lady who took my order, food was quick and delicious and held temperature for an hour long drive, did think the store looked really small but that’s not anyone’s fault all in all great place just don’t bring massive parties to dine in

3rd time ordering Moo Goo Gai Pan for pick-up! A kind man brought us our food. It was piping hot and very delicious. We served ourselves at home. We had white rice previously, but really enjoyed the fried rice this time!We highly recommend King's Wok to anyone who loves great food!
Ive never eaten here personally but I highly recommend ordering during lunch specials from 11-3, you're getting twice the food for half the price. & when you order at dinner, you are literally paying twice as much money for half the food. These are wonderful people who know how to market their trade, they come into this country & give us wonderful culture food and atmosphere & they deserve our respect, for THOSE reviews that demand attention the whole time they dine. The front desk woman is the sweetest

Went here this past Friday 2024 and it was open but 0 customers… stood there for 5 minutes while hearing someone working in back cutting stuff and no one working in front.. we made some noises since there was no bell to ring… Nothing! No buffet food out and it was during the day during working hours… it was like no one cared for business! Ended up walking next door and was packed next door

We stopped here for lunch. The hostess greeted us and told us that we could sit anywhere. We were disappointed the restaurant no longer had the buffet. We sat down and looked over the menu. The waitress told us we can order a can of pop or bottle of water for $1 each to drink. We ordered our food. It was delivered on styrofoam dishes with plastic silverware. The food tasted fine except the spring rolls. The spring rolls tasted bland. My son enjoyed the sesame chicken. I had trouble picking up my broccoli with my plastic fork. There was zero customer service other than bringing our food and beverage. We will not be coming back.
Customer service 10/10. Prompt and friendly. Food was delicious, hot, and fresh. We called for a pick-up order on Mother's Day and it was ready in 20 minutes. We tried the cream cheese wontons, steamed dumplings, pork fried rice, vegetable lo-mein, sesame chicken, and dragon & phoenix. It was all very good. The cream cheese wontons are the sweet kind with crab. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu in the future. We will definitely order again.

Great food, fast and friendly service. The shocker for me was that our sit-down dinner was served on Styrofoam plates with plastic cutlery. Do they not have a dishwasher? I hope this was an anomaly and not status quo. This sweet restaurant really needs to upgrade to dishes and silverware. I will absolutely eat here again, but will bring my own dinnerware next time.

Really disappointed after the change in ownership. Dead silent and awkward. No buffet. Don't know what most of the items are on the menu as there's no description or picture. Quickly ordered something I recognized the name of. Tastes terrible. Used to be a fun spot to meet up with friends. One less food option in Litchfield now.
