The best Roast on this planet. I am a coffee connoisseur and have looked for that coffee that perfectly fits my palate. I found it where I never thought it would be, rural Minnesota. Looking back on what I found and who was actually doing the roasting is a story in itself. Sandy put's her heart into what she does.
